Escape to our cozy Smoky Mountain Cabin! Conveniently located just outside of Pigeon Forge, you will be close to Smoky Mountain National Park and all the attractions that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer. Relax and enjoy one of the most breathtaking views imaginable.

Million Dollar View is an authentic log cabin nested in a ridgeline overlooking miles of Tennessee forested landscape. Just 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge 📍, and 25 minutes from Downtown Gatlinburg. 📍

📌 A little about our cabin:

Million Dollar View is fully furnished with one king bed, fireplace, one bathroom and two twin beds in the loft. Up to 4 guests can sleep comfortably 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦💤 in this charming mountain home. 🏔️

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, microwave, coffee maker, cups, dishes, utensils, pots, pans and a few other essential items. You may wish to bring your choice of food and drinks 🥪🍹, favorite coffee roast☕

The living room has ample lounging space, fire feature, and flat screen TV for access to all of your favorite streaming services.

The covered deck offers an outdoor hot tub and rocking chairs. Kick back with a glass of wine and enjoy this amazing view. There is no better place you’ll want to be during a sunset! 🌄 . In the summer months you can end your day with a fantastic view of the Dollywood fireworks display. 🎇 🎆

The bathroom contains a stand-in shower, along with an indoor jacuzzi.

📌 Other things to note:

Bear sightings are very common in this area🐾, so be alert! Do not feed them or leave trash out on the deck or entry way. Make sure to lock 🔒 all vehicle doors and windows. Please take caution if they are in the area and keep away. They may look cute and cuddly 🐻, but do not attempt to interact with them.

The hot tub is for everyone! However, kids must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please read the spa rules posted on the deck before use. You should not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant.

No late check-out or early check-in ⏰. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10am on their scheduled day of departure, there will be a fee of $50.00 administered for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

No refunds will be issued for weather/ natural disasters/ power outages/ or other disruptive events which may occur during your stay that are beyond our control. However, we will always do our very best to accommodate our guests.

While we understand that you love your pets, we have a strong no pet policy 🐶❌😺 for our cabin, in order to keep it safe for guests with COPD and allergies. You will be charged a $500 fee if you bring a pet.

Please be aware that our minimum age requirement is 25.

This cabin truly has a million dollar view. It’s was perfect for our family of four. Incredibly cozy and comfortable for a late December visit. The host was wonderful and provided great directions and instructions for the house. Our family would 100% stay there again!

The hot tube was amazing!! Views were gorgeous. We did not go skiing while we were there, but it was super easy to uber into town for a night out of fun and drinks! The sweetest property management. Highly recommend.

Clean Spaces with all the amenities you would need. The view was my favorite part, it is spectacular. We will return if it’s available on our next visit. The host was there when needed, but allowed us to enjoy our time without interruption.

We had a great stay at the cabin! It was clean, comfortable, and we especially appreciated the "No Pets" policy. Megan was fantastic to work with—always quick to respond.While the cabin is older, it's well-maintained and in great condition. One small suggestion: having a grill on-site would be a nice addition, but we managed just fine without it.The location was a highlight—perched up on the mountain with an absolutely stunning view! Easy escape from the traffic and crowds, yet just a short drive from Pigeon Forge.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this cabin to others!

Hot. Sofa covered the a/c vent so it gets really warm. No blinds or anything to block the bright sun light in the evening on the back window. A/C was regulated so we had to reset every couple of hours even while sleeping. King Bed is hard old and squeaky- need a new mattress asap. Hanging clothes is an issue. Closet is basically non existent. Ironing board is tiny. Small chest for folded clothes - no place for luggage - had to store in the car in the tiny driveway for one car. Not a fan of the narrow road and having to back up to get out of one way traffic on such a steep road. It was ok but we are used to nicer accommodations. Owner communicated very well- that is the best thing about this property. It was our 30th wedding anniversary and we were left some snacks and carbonated water. The hot tub is broken and doesn’t work on the side with the main seats for massage. No outside grill- that is a no for us. We love to grill when staying in the mountains- guess I missed that when I booked it. Just average for us.

Summary: You are paying for the view.Pros: The view is stunning. The location is awesome, it’s 5-10 minutes from the heart of Pigeon Forge. There’s a washer/dryer. The property exterior is very well kept. The king bed is comfortable. Cons: The couch is uncomfortable, the cushions are thin and you feel the poles of the fold out bed. The fold out bed was gross, looked like a hospital mattress and was definitely not clean. The windows in the bedroom were also definitely not clean, or the window sills. The outlets by the bed didn’t work. There’s an exposed outlet in the bedroom (wouldn’t care if I didn’t have infants running around). The bedroom door doesn’t close, and therefore doesn’t lock. The thermostat was set to 80 when we came in and took 6 hours to get to a comfortable temperature. The hot tub was off when we arrived and we didn’t know, so it wasn’t used when we actually wanted to. The hot tub also had dead bugs in the water, and the jets didn’t work. The TV in the bedroom (20 inch screen?) didn’t work. The out dated TV in the living room barely worked and kept doing a set up process that lasted 15 minutes or so each time. The bathroom tub had a thin layer of gunk on it when we arrived as well. Some lights in the house didn’t work.Overall: this has the potential of being a fantastic place to stay, but it NEEDS renovations. It was built in the late 90s and doesn’t appear to have any updates since. It’s in a great location with a 10/10 view.

This cabin stood out to me above the rest precisely because of the endless views. No matter the weather, guests can enjoy the covered balcony overlooking miles of Tennessee forested landscape. It is incredibly peaceful, yet close to attractions for all ages. I absolutely love that the area offers a little something for everyone.
