Heated Pools & Hot tub - 8th Floor Beachfront Studio right on Daytona Beach.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space that was actually featured in Travel & Leisure Magazine. The remodeled 8th floor corner unit has 2 walls of glass with breathtaking views. You can also enjoy the endless ocean views from the private balcony and breathe in the salty air as you take in one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The sunrise from the condo is unbelievable.
The studio apartment has a king bed and queen pull out bed which comfortably sleeps four.
The kitchenette is fully stocked with a 2 burner cook top, microwave and refrigerator.
The condo is located in a very popular resort, Daytona Beach Resort and Convention Center. It has all of the amenities expected from a nice resort - heated pools inside and out, hot tubs, and direct beach access.
Across the street from the resort is a nice shopping plaza which has a nice grocery store, drug store and a couple of department stores. There are also numerous restaurants within easy walking distance. Feel free to reach out for our favorites.

NOTE: The beach is accessible from the side of the resort until the new seawall is completed.

Absolutely beautiful room, & can’t beat the views!! Both sunrise and sunset from the room and balcony. It had everything needed to accommodate our stay and more than what we expected. I loved how it had the couch with the ottoman’s to sit and relax watching the waves or tv. Anne and Tom were great with communication, couldn’t have asked for better stay! I highly recommend this condo and hope to return in the future!

Room was clean, view is very nice. The resort itself needs a lot of work still and that wasnt necessarily protrayed in the listing. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would have like to have been more informed about the current construction/work needing to be done still since the hurricane. The communication from the owner was phenomenal and that always is a peace of mind.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The actual room itself was a 10/10, it’s the building that was a little issue. They only had 1 working elevator out of 5 on our end for a few hrs when we initially checked in which was a headache, but other than that it wasn’t bad at all. Parking wasn’t as bad as I thought it’d be being that it was Bike Week and they reserve all the parking in front of the resort for bikes only, but the lot next door was fine, being that we didn’t move our vehicle the entire stay. I’d definitely book again.

We are very happy with our stay here. The room was super clean and tidy. Communication with the owner was fantastic. The building itself was good. Parking was very tight during Bike Week, however there is an overflow lot that is across the street. Publix and Walgreens also directly across the street, which was very nice. The indoor pool area looked good. The outdoor pool area needs major work and restoration. The south pool area was destroyed by a hurricane and has not been dealt with, so it is a bit of an eyesore. The outside bar is also not open. The inside restaurant was not open. Laundry facility was nice and convenient. Staff at the front desk always friendly as well as security in the evenings. Overall it is very nice and I would stay here again, however I hope they get to work on the outside pools area.

Great Stay, even better view

Even though the pools are not in service at the moment, the view from the condo was worth every second and cent spent there. Friendly hotel staff & even friendlier locals. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was quite clean...one of the strongest positives of the stay. I am a very "picky" person; so if I claim the room was clean, it was really spotless. Also, the room was well appointed with a coastal theme for decor. Anne, the property manager, was very responsive whenever my wife or I had a question. The view from the room was great...it was a direct oceanfront view (we also had a great full moon view on one of our nights). The price was competitive, when compared to hotels in the area. We really had no serious complaints and didn't spend a great amount of time in the room. I did notice that the sliding door and vertical blinds were difficult to work with...I think they could have used some lubricant(silicone?) to make them work more freely. Also, there should have been lights over the headboard of the bed or immediately on the side walls of the bed. The lights that were beside the bed on a table were obscured by the vertical framework of the bed. It made it tough to read a book or newspaper at night. Also, 2 of the 4 pools have not been repaired, and there was no place on site to eat or get a drink. However, these inconveniences were basically minor, and I would recommend staying there.

Weekend getaway

The room was just as described and reviews were accurate. Annie’s condo was clean, well stocked with whatever you would need. We were worried the bed wouldn’t be comfortable and my husband is 6’8” and we slept great and bed was nice. Views make this location perfect.The resort the condo is in though is horrible. If you are looking for something that has amenities, this is not the place. It’s sad that they haven’t kept this resort up.

Excellent Room

My room was great. Great view of the ocean. But the building, property and parking were not very desirable. The outdoor pools were inoperable and full of garbage, the landscape was terrible l. The door going out to the beach had plywood in place of windows.

Great view and cute condo!

Lovey condo with absolutely breathtaking view of Atlantic. Such a perfect spot for my husband and I to have a weekend get away. Only suggestion would be to update shower. Shower was a little dated and appeared a little dirty. That aside, would definitely return to this condo!

Amazing property

Everything you needed nicely rolled into one. Very Very Clean. Amazing Views really made for a relaxing time on and off the beach.. I would definitely visit again.The host was very nice, accessible and fair. I left my parking pass in the car upon departure. She allowed me to mail it back in to avoid a $50 charge. Thank you so much. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!!!😁😁😁

Spectacular views!

This unit is perfect for those that love the beach and watching the sun come up in the morning! We truly loved the unit and everything we needed was within walking distance and had great communication from the host! We will be back!
