This property was perfect for what I needed: a quick place to get away and be alone. Location was key: high up over the beach, with an awesome view. Overall it was clean. Bed was pretty comfortable - and I am pretty picky. While this was perfect for 1 person, 2 people would still have plenty of room, especially for any time at the beach. I only had a minimum interaction with the hostess, but all positive. Great value, great place!

We loved our stay in this studio! Excellent communication from management. It was perfect for the two of us. It had everything we needed, comfy bed and an absolutely incredible view! The best view of all the condos we have stayed in. I would absolutely stay again!

Breath taking views morning sunrise just beautiful. Moonlighting beach waves are stunning. Was a perfect place to spend a few days . Bed was very comfortable n the tv is huge .Publix is directly across the street. Will definitely keep in mind for my next visit to Daytona

The room and location were great! The view and having the balcony was well worth the stay for us. Plus, the room was obviously cleaned well when we arrived. Keep in mind - the building as a whole is in pretty rough shape and needs to be re-done from hurricane damage. Also, the elevators are sketchy and need to be inspected and updated. However, most of that was transparent in the listing so that’s why I gave 3.5-4/5 stars.

It was very clean and felt like home. The view was amazing. That was my favorite part of my stay! Amazing views And the staff at the hotel were very nice. They had plenty of towels for our stay. Wish the pools were in use but most places their pools aren’t working cause of the hurricanes. I give this property an A/5 stars Thank you :)

We really enjoyed the condo. The morning sunrise was beautiful. Would be even better with a working pool but we were aware of it not working when we booked.

Only thing good about our stay here was the ocean view!!! Which is Gods blessing!

Very falsely advertised!!! The smell of mildew was bad..had to go buy and spray Lysol. It was raining when we checked in at 3:30pm and the ceiling over the couch was dripping!! Put a towel down and moved the couch!! This condo was definitely false advertised!!! I feel we should be refunded at least half of our $300!!! It was like a condemned broken down hotel!!!

Not as great as advertised

We knew the pool and resort amenities would be closed. However, when we arrived we found water damage on part of the ceiling by the windows. The balcony was also blocked off which was not advertised. Other than that, the place was pretty decent. If you’re just looking for a cheap room on the beach this is the place to go. Definitely a little bit of a trashy resort, but not terrible for the price.

Property was as described would like to come back when all amenities are open. The view from our corner condo was amazing. Wish we would of been able to open the door to our balcony just to hear the ocean but I understand they were working on them.

Balcony locked

I was informed after I booked that the balcony was locked. I tried to communicate with the owner but never received a follow up email. The listing stated the balconies on 7&8 were closed. This unit was on the 11th. Once I was made aware it would have been nice to been offered to cancel or refunded as the balcony was the main reason I booked this location. Very sad no solution could have been offered. Paying full price for half the appeal of the location is just wrong.

Dirty Bedding

The place was great you had a great view of the ocean. When we got there the room wasnt cleaned and it was way after 4 . House keeping let me put my stuff in there while i ran to the store . I noticed the comforter on the bed and the sheets . When i got back the sheets were changed but it was the same comforter and it had stains on it so i know it wasnt washed . No washer and dryer in room So i had to go to walmart and Get us a blanket other than that its a nice place All the beding should be changed after someone leaves
