We had a wonderful time at this condo! A beautiful view and the location was perfect! Walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. It was stocked with everything we needed and the balcony was stunning! We would love to come back!

We had a great time! It was a perfect getaway for our 19th anniversary on the beach! The views were amazing! The morning sunrise view was perfect! Nice and quiet area with a beach right outside to go down to, we couldn't have been happier!!! Super clean, the host gave us our space and didn't reach out too much, it was great! Trying to figure out how to save the property to find in the future for sure!!!

The room itself had a beautiful view and was reasonably clean.. However this property was an absolute nightmare. The pictures shown online are not even close to reality. Smoke filled hallways and a broken door at the side entrance. Upon checking in, I called to express my concerns and never received a call back.We had a two day stay but left after one night. If we had any other option we would not have even stayed one night as this property absolutely did not feel not safe. The pools were empty of water…. Filthy hallways. At the entrance it had rained and there was a huge amount of water inside the entrance.

The view from the room is astounding. The place was clean. Basic needs met. The loveseat needs replaced and the tv needs upgraded. Otherwise it was ideal for the price.

The condo itself was excellent but the resort that it was located in was in rough shape. Pools were shut down or out of order. Looked as if a possible renovation is about to maybe take place. Access to the beach was not as easy as it should have been due to the door locking when you went outside of the building and having to come back in a different way. Also I don’t understand why people get upset when a valid id is required to vote when this resort requires your drivers license to get a luggage cart and holds it until you return the luggage cart. The condo itself was everything as described but the resort it is in was very run down and underwhelming at best.

We loved our stay in this studio! Excellent communication from management. It was perfect for the two of us. It had everything we needed, comfy bed and an absolutely incredible view! The best view of all the condos we have stayed in. I would absolutely stay again!

Breath taking views morning sunrise just beautiful. Moonlighting beach waves are stunning. Was a perfect place to spend a few days . Bed was very comfortable n the tv is huge .Publix is directly across the street. Will definitely keep in mind for my next visit to Daytona

This is a beautiful condo, however there are a few upgrades that need to be made to make it more enjoyable. The TV needs to be replaced. The color was a purple color and very hard to see.The ice maker did not work but it helped that there was one just down the hallway. Since there is not a washer and dryer a few more towels and washcloths would have been appreciated.The outside railings need to be painted as it had paint flaking off them. This might be a resort issue.We did not know there are major renovations being done on the property. There were issues with parking, one of the pools not functional but the other one was, pool area torn up and work being done on the wall from the condo to the beach. Access to the beach was not good because you had to go on the side of the building to a gate to go out which was not bad but you couldn’t get back in the gate after it latches on the inside. Luckily we had someone coming out when we were trying to get back in so we did not go down to the beach again.The room is beautiful and very comfortable. The elevators were just right outside our door which was good and opened up to the pool just a few steps away. Once all resort renovations have been made we would love to stay here again. I think we just went at the wrong time because of all the work being done. We wondered if it might have been hurricane damage.

This property was perfect for what I needed: a quick place to get away and be alone. Location was key: high up over the beach, with an awesome view. Overall it was clean. Bed was pretty comfortable - and I am pretty picky. While this was perfect for 1 person, 2 people would still have plenty of room, especially for any time at the beach. I only had a minimum interaction with the hostess, but all positive. Great value, great place!

Daytona Beach Resort continues to undergo restoration and improvement projects following hurricane damage sustained in 2022. While many amenities are now open and operational, portions of the property remain in various phases of repair and construction. Guests should expect that some exterior and common areas of the resort may show signs of ongoing work during their stay.
⚠️ Seawall construction is currently ongoing at the resort and may create daytime construction noise, dust, equipment activity, or temporary work areas, particularly on the south side of the property. Construction schedules and activity levels may vary throughout the project.
Our condo itself remains clean, comfortable, and fully operational, and many guests continue to enjoy the beautiful ocean views, direct beach access, and relaxing beachfront atmosphere while the resort continues its rebuilding efforts.
