Tranquil and clean

Property was extremely clean and well maintained. Easy access to the main attractions in the area but also secluded enough to feel “off grid.” Pool and hot tub were working great and kids loved the game room. We Highly recommend !

Great house and pool within a mile of Dollywood. Loved watching the Dollywood fireworks from the front porch. The kids loved playing in the pool after being in the heat at Dollywood.

Perfect mountain setting

Tranquility Hollows was the perfect setting in the mountains. We saw a bear family playing in the creek on our way to the cabin and later the same family visited our yard! The place was clean and between the pool, hot tub, and game room there was plenty of entertainment. Bring your own supplies, limited on site supplies.

Perfect for family!

The house is perfectly located! It’s close to everything- especially Dollywood, but enough off the beaten path to feel like you are way off on your own. The fire pit is perfect in the evenings. Inside the house, is amazing. Everything was clean and in great shape with plenty of room to not feel on top of each other. I would recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Pigeon Forge!

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay at our property. We appreciate your positive comments about the overall property and your consideration to stay with us again. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the condition of the outside perimeter. We understand the importance of maintaining a well-groomed environment so we do have it mowed bi weekly but there are times in the summer it grows a bit in between mowing. We also apologize for the disappointment with the pool temperature. We understand that it was too cold for both you and the kids to enjoy. Sorry for your inconvenience but the pool is set at the optimal temp for an indoor pool. Regarding the missing TV in the pool area, we apologize for any inconvenience caused but we do not advertise a Tv in the pool room. Once again, we appreciate your feedback and your willingness to consider staying with us again. We value your satisfaction, and we will make every effort to address the areas of improvement you mentioned. If you have any further suggestions or requests, please do not hesitate to let us know. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future.

The Little Oasis of Pigeon Forge

This beautifully updated home is in a perfect location. The lady in the office (i didn’t catch her name) was so friendly and the manager was always prompt in answering any questions i had. The kitchen is well equipped- except the kuerig did not work for us. However, the POOL. It was such a huge hit with my two kids. And we also enjoyed the hot tub as well. The game room was pretty cool too. We had a wonderful weekend while staying at this house!
