This 5 bedroom house sleeps 12 people and is a short drive or an approximate 10 minute walk from the parkway and downtown Gatlinburg! This property has 3 king bedrooms with en suites. It also has a double queens bedroom, twin over twin bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa in the gameroom. Bear Necessities provides lots of flat parking with space to hold up to five vehicles.

When booking this home, you will be provided a starter pack of supplies. We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 dishwasher pods, a small bottle of dish soap, 2 laundry pods, travel sized shampoo and body wash, 2 trash bags, and a pack of coffee. The coffee maker is a standard drip coffee maker if you would like to bring your favorite brand. All additional supplies needed will be the guest's responsibility.
We also provide towels for showering. If you would like additional towels for the hot tub, please bring your own.
