To say this place is amazing is an understatement!!! We loved this place and everything about it. We came to ride the rail bikes at Blue Ridge and the location was only a few miles away. The communication, the cleanliness, and every detail was on point. Highly recommend this rental for anyone! A fabulous rental!!

Came up to Blue Ridge Georgia for the Art festival and was so excited to find this Tiny house to rent. It was immaculate and everything you needed was provided! Craig was so easy to work with and answered all of my questions beforehand. I highly recommend people renting this little piece of heaven! I will definitely be back!

I go to the mountains of GA frequently and this property by far was the cleanest and most consistent with the description. Craig was very responsive to any and all questions. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone wanting to stay in the Blue Ridge area.

We've stayed at a lot of properties and this one was probably one of the best! The description is thorough and accurate. It is equipped with everything you could want. We LOVED the screened in porch AND covered porch AND the outdoor deck with a fire pit. It was so warm and welcoming with the lights and fireplace on when we got there. Craig's communication is excellent too. The little community is full of life but not loud or obnoxious.Please do pay attention to the caution listed in the description regarding the stairs to the loft bedroom. They are very steep and narrow with little headroom upstairs. Great for kids, but normal sized adults may not find it suitable. That said, it's beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable queen size bed and equipped with a fan for comfort, which really isn't even needed as the main minisplit A/C unit kept it cool enough for me.The full size shower was wonderful and the kitchen is VERY well equipped. In our opinion, it's well worth what we paid. LORD willing, we'll be back! Thanks Craig!!

Exceeded all my expectations. The cabin was fully stocked with all you would need for your stay. Communication with host was great! Very well decorated and cozy one of the best cabins I’ve stayed in at Waterside so far and I’ve stayed many times.

Great host. Very adorable tiny house in a very clean and friendly RV park. I can’t wait to book again soon. Pets were welcome without breaking the bank. I felt like I was at home but with no chores. Highly recommended this vacation rental

Cabin is sooo cute. Lot's of outdoor space to relax and hang out together. Craig has everything you could need! Great location, maybe 10mins to get to down town Blue Ridge. We love the area, and the cabin was great location for short drives to state parks for hiking, apple orchards, etc..

My husband and I, along with our little fur baby, had a wonderful stay at this property. It is amazing! Beautifully decorated and it is a tiny house that doesn't feel tiny at all. The outdoor spaces are just as beautiful as the inside. So comfortable and welcoming. We will definitely want to stay here again!

Cute and cozy getaway

We had such a great weekend staying here. It was perfect for our family of three including our fur baby. Even though it’s a tiny home you have plenty of space. There are also plenty of activities within the community to keep you busy. We were able to check out the pool and put the dog park to use. It was a great weekend and Craig made it super easy and enjoyable.

Great weekend!

Owner was great with keeping communication. It was a nice touch that things such as remotes and toilet had some type of seal to show they had been cleaned and sterilized. Full size couch and big smart tv's were a bonus. Internet worked great for us too.

Fabulous property!! Everything about this tiny home was incredible. Super clean, extremely comfortable and well planned space. The owner was very easy and prompt in communication and any questions we had. The outdoor spaces were amazing! Even though it was cold we could enjoy the outdoor space on the well furnished screened in back porch. Easy drive into town with a huge grocery store even closer. The gated community itself was very nice. Clean and well kept and very family oriented. Felt very safe. If you like to hike check out the trails around Project Chimps. An unexpected bonus!Highly recommend this home

Lake Trip!

Amazing!.......The place is just like is shows on the site but much cuter in person. Don't be fooled by the size, the house is well equipped with everything that you need. Wonderful community for the kids, with a pool general store and fishing ponds. Don't pass this place by when looking, go ahead and book it.

Cozy Tiny House

The property was as advertised. Very cozy, comfortable tiny home just a few miles outside of Blue Ridge. Well kept, clean and bery inviting. Ample dishes and cutlery, good size washer/dryer, full size bathroom with large shower stall. The 3 large section deck with grill and fire pit is spectacular! We just wishe had more than a long weekend in Blue Ridge

Fun Home Away from Home

The Tiny House was a fun and relaxing stay. Only 1 1/2 hours away from Metro Atlanta, this was a short drive, but instantly felt like home! The bed on the main floor was super soft and very comfortable. Everything was clean and lots of thoughtful touches such as a basket of snacks on the kitchen counter. We had two adults and found that we had plenty of space. The bathroom was full sized (as we had worried it would be cramped in a Tiny House), and the shower had good water pressure. We had no issues during our stay and the Waterside Community was great. We were stuck inside mainly due to a Cold and Windy weekend, but I imagine the community is bustling during the summer months. Loved the ponds, and we hoped to fish, but got rained out. Even our beagle, Scout, had a good time! The porch was very pretty and very cozy and inviting, and we loved the indoor fireplace! We also tried out The Cove Fish Camp, which was super close by and had delicious fish tacos there! And as we checked in, we were greeted by 7 deer and a flock of Robins. Very pretty and relaxing stay! We hope to be back soon!

Big fun in a tiny house!

I booked this tiny house for a long weekend to celebrate my birthday. It was me my mom and my dog. The house itself had everything you need and then some. Upon arrival we walked onto a spacious covered deck with an attached uncovered deck and screened porch. Inside we were greeted to an adorably decorated home complete with full sized appliances (except the cutest dishwasher I have ever seen) and it was clean as a pin. We had plenty of space and the loft made me feel like a kid again with mom taking the downstairs bedroom. We spent so much time sitting outside and on a clear night the uncovered deck is the perfect spot to stargaze. The entire neighborhood is a delight with a pool, multiple seating areas, small store and peaceful surroundings. My mom went to buy a deck of cards which the store didn’t have so the manager went to her house and brought us a deck of hers. Every single person we met was so nice and that was something this southern girl misses where I currently live.Craig the owner was so helpful and checked in to see if we arrived safely or needed anything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Hiking close by, local shops and friendly people just a few hours from Atlanta. We will be back!
