Welcome to 11 Sandpiper, a stunning 5-bedroom vacation home located in the highly desirable North Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island. This coastal retreat is designed for relaxation, fun, and unforgettable family memories—inside and out.

Whether you’re entertaining, watching the big game, or unwinding after a beach day, this backyard delivers resort-style comfort. An outdoor shower is conveniently located at the back gate for rinsing off after the beach.

Prime Beach Access

The beautiful sands of North Forest Beach are just a 5–6 minute walk from our back gate. Accessed via the Sandpiper Street beach path, this wide stretch of beach is far from public parking, with less crowds it is perfect for our guests to take:

Sunbathing and ocean fun
Spacious & Comfortable Interior

Inside, the home offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax:

This property is great for a family/group getaway. Everything was smooth and easy from arrival to departure. We enjoyed the pool every day. A short walk to the beach was perfect. Being able to bring the doggos was great too. We hope to stay there again-maybe when it’s cooler outside.

Great family beach house

We stayed for a week with our family (including kids). We had a fantastic time. This house is great. Loved the location. It was quiet but close enough for a short walk to the beach or into town. The beach enterce it is close to wasnt very crowded. We really enjoyed this house and will be back!

Perfect house for our needs

Location was great. The bedroom / Bathroom situation was perfect. Pool and hot tub was loved especially by the kids. Love everyone being on the same floor. No negatives. What would make it even better would be a gas fire pit in the backyard living space. I forgot to mention we loved the back yard. Highly recommend. Thanks

Beautiful

We enjoyed our stay immensely. We were a group of friends 60 and older and enjoyed the back yard so much. We did a little sightseeing but mostly stayed at the house as it had everything to offer. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Was perfect for our vacation-would stay here again.

Everything about the property was exactly as expected, and as it was described in the description. We had a minor issue with a water leak that was addressed Everybody loved it and had a fantastic time. Absolutely perfect location! Loved the pool and a short and easy walk to the beach, even with toddlers. just down the road from coligny.

A wonderful house for vacation!

We vacationed with our 20 something year old kids and this house was the perfect set up! The backyard was like having your own private resort with the pool, hot tub and tiki bar. The bathroom accessible from outside was such a perk. We found the short distance to the beach an easy walk. We all decided we would like to come back to Hilton Head next year and stay at this house again!

Great Vacation!

My family and I had a great week at this house. There was a plumbing issue when we arrived, but it was handled very quickly and everything else was great. I’d book the house again and recommend it to others.

Great Vacation

Great location, quiet neighborhood, very short walk to the beach. Very convenient to shopping, dining and sightseeing. Only a few items we found needing improvement, but any rental property will have some items needing attention. My grandkids had a wonderful time in the pool, the big hit on our trip. Would highly recommend this property.

Second stay in this house!

When we stayed here in July of 2020, we had a great experience and decided to book again in June of 2022. This house has spacious living areas, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for all parties to have their own space. The beach is a straight, easy walk of only a few minutes. The pool is awesome and large enough for all adults and kids to enjoy together after a day at the beach. The outdoor pool bathroom, tiki hut, bar area, and outdoor mini refrigerator made a huge difference and were so convenient. We enjoyed our entire stay...for a second time!

We love this property!

This was our second stay at this house and it would definitely be our first choice again for a group trip when we go back to Hilton Head. We absolutely love everything about it. The layout is perfect for our family of 4, parents, brother and niece.

Absolutely fabulous place

Absolutely loved this place. There were four of us so we had plenty of room. Showers were incredible!! Hung out at the pool and large patio area. Will stay there again!

Sad about hot tub

We were disappointed that despite the owners doing work in the home the week prior, the hot tub was out of commission until most of our stay was over. In our rental home when something is out of commission we are required to offer a modest and commensurate refund. Despite mentioning this, we never received a direct reply to the request. The home otherw ise suits a family stay well.

Wonderful family trip!

Location is great! Perfect size… fit 11 people very comfortably and Loved that everyone could have their own bathroom! The outside/pool area was nice…. Has everything needed, hot tub, grill, pool, cute tiki bar and putting green which the kids loved. House was clean, the kitchen was well stocked. Would be nice to have more towels, and bath mats available.

Great Experience

This is a wonderful property. All amenities are provided, it is the perfect bed and bedroom configuration for my family, and the house is great both inside and out. On top of that, communication with the property managers was top-notch. I had questions prior to the trip and all were answered promptly and graciously. I am already trying to plan my next trip to this property!
