Great spot

We had a great stay with a group of friends. Edwyn who is the caretaker was incredibly helpful and made the whole stay a 10/10.

Would not recommend to anyone, no AC in the house just in bedrooms

Check in was painful with instructions at the last minute, finding house is very difficult, there is no phone connection in the are, AC is only in the bedrooms and extremely hot in the house, no towels in the bathrooms.

The villa is located in a great location, in a complex of beautiful villas, however, it is a pity that its interior is very old, inside it smells musty and closed, the furniture leaves much to be desired, the modem is old and does not take Wi-Fi anywhere in practice, the rooms are very dark because there are no chandeliers, the sockets available are very few, the worst thing was to find ants between the sheets of the bed, even the latter full of signs of mold as visible in the photos, it is a shame to see a villa with this potential being neglected like this.

Phenomenal Stay -- True to Listing

Absolutely incredible stay for our group of 12. The property was clean, true to the listing, close to most major clubs and town areas, and offers some of the best views of the island. We didn't even want to go to the beach because the pool area we had was so nice. Check-in was easily and was handled by an on-site coordinator who stayed out of our way entirely but generously woke up early (to not bother us) and tidied up for us each day of our stay. Multiple towels were provided and clean, silverware, household appliances, cleaning supplies, etc. So great! I recommend telling Taxi drivers "Can Furnet" and "Calle Prado 27" because the property was tough to find at first, but that was more an error with Google Maps.

Listing

The location looks great online but is deeply misleading - 3 rooms stated in the ground floor are simply beds in a large space seperated by curtains with the twin beds literally in on the staircase landing. The pictures were likely taken a long time ago - furniture is in disrepair, sheets are ripped and while they may be clean they looked dirty with stains. The place is stuffy and in a deplorable state. We did not even attempt to move in and went directly to VRBO to ask for a cancellation as our group could simply not comfortably stay. I do not believe VRBO managed to get in touch with the owner, regardless - VRBO support after admitting that the listing was misleading and that they would help us get a refund stopped responding. We finally obtained a refund by contacting our Credit Card company. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. End of story.

The property was beautiful and it was in a lovely area, the managers were very approachable and helpful, it was perfect for our needs, only one little issue they need new scissors.

Amazing Villa

We had the best stay at the villa. It was spotless, so much room and the hosts were excellent. We really cannot wait to visit again :)
