Fantastic stay! Fantastic and beautiful property. Just returned home from staying here with family including my 4yr old. The house is spacious, safe, beautiful, cozy, clean. We had a blast making memories. The back porch and yard were wonderful too especially for older kids. Thank you Sara.

Hidden Gem of Minden

Charming cottage that is clean and renovated beautifully. We stayed there overnight and enjoyed our stay. And added bonus was the fully fenced in yard and family games. This was probably the best VRBO we’ve stayed at and we’ve stayed at quite a few! Host was also very attentive and responsive.

Lovely home in a good location to all that Minden offers. Comfy beds to get a good nights sleep. The state of the art kitchen is a cooks dream.

Wow what a property

This house was perfect. Everything about our stay was excellent. The house and decor was above and beyond. We had a great time hosting a Family get together. Big back yard and corner lot. Sara was a great host. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Book Club Retreat

We decided to do a book club retreat here, and it was perfect! The house is so warm and clean and cozy. Sara is a great host! It was a perfect spot for all of us to gather, make drinks, eat food, and read but also have our space.

This cottage was fantastic. Sara was very accommodating, helpful and very available for the entire stay. Cottage was very nice, super well supplied/advertised/clean. I highly recommend her and her cottages/villas. We are scheduled to return again. LOVED IT!!!

Super cute and comfortable!

We had a little sleepover/staycation and we absolutely loved this cottage. It is so much bigger than it looks from the outside, lots of room for a big group to be comfortable. It has everthing you need! Beds are comfortable, and you have lots of pillow choices. Don't hesitate if you're thinking about booking!

Minden Cottage

The property was very cute and charming. Hands down the best stocked property I’ve ever stayed at. From the coffee to the hair dryer, curling iron, fans and Pillows!!! The only problem we encountered were some pretty significant leaks in the master bathroom but, the weather was really bad.
