About our home:

★ Outdoor Patio w/ stringed lights, gas fire-pit, outdoor kitchen (sink and grill), outdoor furniture, and turfed yard. Perfect for entertaining or celebrating family and friends.

★ Conveniently located in south tulsa, minutes highway 169/64, & the creek turnpike (interstate 364), and woodland hills mall.

★ High Speed Internet! & wifi-enabled printer, bar area is perfect area for handling your business!

★ Comfortable living room w/ a 85" big-screen smart tv, & large sectional

★ dining room that seats 4, bar that seats 2, and fully equipped kitchen

★ Sonos sound system

★ 3 bedrooms - 5 beds (Master1 King, 2nd bedroom: 1 Queen bed, 3rd bedroom: 1 twin bed, & Bunk beds w/ 2 full beds)

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

★ OCUPANCY
Comfortably sleeps 9

★ PRIVATE PARKING:
Two- car garage, plus two spaces in the drive, and street parking if necessary. Guests have access to use garage and there is a garage door opener available for use as well.

★ ENTRY:
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. Instructions are provided on VRBO app.

★ High chair / Pack and Play included (in the garage)

★ KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies including, coffee pot, Toaster, air-fryer, Microwave, Refrigerator, electric stove w/ double oven, magic bullet blender, dishes, pans, Utensils etc.

★ BEDROOMS
Maste Suite has a king size temper-pedic mattress, tv, & includes private full bath w/2 vanities, tv, dresser, 2 night stands & walk-in closet.

2nd bedroom has a 60" big-screen smart tv, a queen size mattress & 2 dressers, & walk in closet.

3rd bedroom has 1 twin + bunk beds w/ 2 full size beds, a dresser + 65" smart tv (as of 3/20/24)

Washer/Dryer included!

★ TOILETREES
Our cleaning service provides initial start-up supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish detergent, trash bags, coffee, and bodywash & shampoo. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase some of the items when the initial supply runs out.

“Quiet Hour” is maintained starting nightly at 10 pm - meaning please keep noise to a respectful level so that neighbors do not call police.

We enjoyed our weekend here, Krystal was prompt with responses and quickly took care of an issue with the hot water tank during our stay. The beds are really comfy, and the linens, dishes, and flatware are plentiful. Although the weather didn't call for outdoor sitting; the outdoor space was really neat. We would stay here again.

Great stay!

This house was the perfect size and was just what we needed for our stay. We loved that it was close to the two highways we used during our stay. The beds were so comfortable and my teens loved the big tvs! It was very clean and I loved being able to park in the big garage! We would definitely stay here again.

Had a fabulous stay for our long weekend in Tulsa for a family reunion. Super clean & comfy house and was super close to everything we needed and within a couple miles of family, so it was the perfect location for us and was a great place to rest our heads. My nieces favorite part was that she could sit and watch YouTube on the fridge door…lol. Had a lovely stay, would definitely recommend.

House was just as pictured. Kitchen equipped for all our meals however a large skillet would have been nice. The host was very responsive & even allowed a late check out which was a blessing. I would definitely stay here again!

Anniversary Trip

My husband and I stayed to celebrate our 35th anniversary. We enjoyed seeing several things in OK City, Pawhuska and Tulsa and having a nice place to relax in. The house was very clean and comfortable. Krystal, the host was prompt to respond to any messages. We would definitely recommend this home.

Pleasant & quiet stay

We had a very restful and peaceful time here and would definitely come back in the future. It was great being able to have family and friends visit and watch TV with us. The highlight was watching rabbits running circles around the backyard while gathering around the fire pit.

We had a lovely time here. The house is spacious and had everything we needed. The relaxing back yard was a key point for us! Communication with the host was incredibly easy and quick. If I’m ever in the Tulsa area again, this will be my first pick for lodging.

This property was perfect for what we needed. House was very clean and had plenty of the necessities. Great location and within driving distance to many, many public golf courses. Krystal was a wonderful host and was nice enough to give us access to the home early after an 11 hour drive. Would definitely stay here again!

Short spring break getaway!

Property had everything we needed, but not a lot of “extra” which was so helpful with kiddos. Plenty of space for two adults and two kids. The backyard area made it special. Everything in town is 20 or fewer minutes away. Specifically loved how close we were to LaFortune Park and any takeout we hoped for.

College move in

We stayed here over the weekend while we moved two kids into their college dorms. It was very clean, had lots of space and was conveniently located to everything we needed. We were able to enjoy the back patio in the evenings despite the summer heat. It was also nice to be able to park our vehicles in the garage. We would definitely stay here again.
