Time to get away in this 3rd floor Havens unit with elevator access. Relax with all the comforts of home in this newly renovated condo with views of the 11th hole of the Greg Norman golf course. This resort style villa offers an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and sleeps 6 with free parking steps from secure entrance. The third floor ensures that there will be no one above you making noise.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed, master bath suite, ceiling fan, 55" smart TV, walk-in closet and a desk for any remote work needs. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, twin size bed, 55" smart TV, ceiling fan, and plenty of closet space. The second bath is located in the adjacent hall conveniently located just outside second bedroom. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the closet adjacent to the kitchen. The living room has an additional 55" smart TV with plenty of room for the entire family to enjoy their favorite movie, play games or just relax. A sleeper sofa for additional accommodations is located in the bonus room. Enjoy your morning coffee, read that favorite book or just kick back with a cocktail in the quiet surroundings of the screened in porch overlooking the golf course. The kitchen is well appointed with everything a family needs for those stay at home meals.

Outside your condo, a world of vacation fun awaits at Barefoot Resort! Beat the heat with a refreshing dip in The Havens community pool as well as the saltwater pool at Barefoot Resort's North Tower, one of the largest pools in South Carolina. If you enjoy the beach, a free shuttle in the summer season will pick up and drop off to the beach or Barefoot Landing shopping area. For your convenience, there a barbecue grill with picnic tables on The Havens grounds adjacent to the pool.

Hit the links at one of the resort's four iconic golf courses; The Pete Dye, Tom Fazio, Davis Love III, and Greg Norman or the onsite driving range. Call the pro shop and schedule your tee times for a memorable round on one of the championship courses.

Excellent!!

Easy check in process. The host has great communication and responds quickly. The condo was well stocked with everything you would need. A big plus to this third floor condo is that it has an elevator. Close to many attraction and restaurants. Hope to be back again!

Amazing stay

The condo was excellent, very clean and well maintained. The check in process was very easy. The cable TV was by far the best up to date system I have ever seen. The furniture, beds and bathrooms were superb. The area was awesome as well. We will stay here again.

Fabulous condo in Barefoot Resort

Everything in the condo is new and it is very well equipped. Had a super 5 week stay of golf & fun in the sun. Owner was easy to deal with and offered many valued suggestions. Would stay again and highly recommend it to others.

Great Stay!

We stayed here because our son was playing baseball at Ripken and we wanted something quieter. We got exactly what we wanted! This condo is quiet, beautiful, people are friendly, and it is exactly as advertised. Bob is easy to work with and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Location is great!

Y'all need to stop looking & stay at this condo!

This condo is even more beautiful than the pictures convey. It is spacious, updated and very clean. It's in a great area & very quiet...the only noises we heard were the golfers teeing off on the golf course directly behind us. The owner is super accommodating and very quick in responding to any questions. Thank you Bob! We would most definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Stay

Your condo was clean, except for the porch needed to be vacuumed. The condo was spacious and the amenities you provided were great. The full size washer and dryer was used frequently. The pool was nice and getting to the beach was easy. We would stay here again!

Excellent Stay

We will definitely be back. The only thing we had a little trouble with was the nest thermostat. It kept bumping the air back up to 74 so we had to keep turning it back down. We like it cold when we sleep! Anyways, everything was exceptional. Thanks again!

Beautiful 3rd Floor Condo w/Elevator Access

Because we don’t do steps we were looking for a 1st floor Barefoot unit. But this 3rd floor condo with elevator access was even better. We found it tastefully decorated, clean, quiet, secure, and equipped with comfortable furniture and beds, all the necessary appliances, great wireless, and three large smart TVs with cable access. A shady, comfortable, private screened-in porch was the perfect chill-out spot for our two week stay. We hope to return.

Great stay

I absolutely loved our stay. The house is large and beautiful. Great location from the beach. We were there for a dance competition so we didn’t get to use the pool but we did walk by one of the pools. I highly recommend. We will stay here again when we visit Myrtle Beach. Our stay started and ended with no issues. I highly recommend.

Beautiful beyond measure!

This is by far the nicest vacation stay ever for me. I have vacationed at N. Myrtle beach the same time with family for 25+ years, straight. I loved the area. I loved the updated home. The detailed instructions on how to check in without calling you was awesome. All amenities needed and then some was there. Beautiful beautiful beautiful! We Plan to see you next year, same place, same time. Thanks for the comfort of feeling like home, away from home!

Awesome Condo

We've been coming to Myrtle for the last 14 years, and this Condo by far, is the best we've ever stayed in! Location awesome and quiet but close enough to get to everything quickly. Furniture, beds, kitchen everything was awesome. Bob, the owner, communicated with us very promptly every time we had a question about anything through out the process. Fantastic Condo!

This condo was exquisitely furnished and immaculately clean, you don't see this in most rentals here at Barefoot. Over the years I have stayed in Barefoot over 10 times and this is absolutely the best that I have stayed in! Communication with the owner was timely to get any answers to questions that arose, other owners respond but not as quick, you are not left hanging! When I look at everything about my stay, this was definitely the best yet and I will be using this as my top choice!

Booked already for our 3rd year

This property is amazing. We've been coming down to Myrtle for 14 years now. We've always tried to stay in other places just to get a feel. But when we booked Bobs property back in 2022, we stopped looking! We just got back from our 2024 vacation and before we left town, booked this property for our 2025. The condo is spacious, decorated tastefully and very well taken care of. 3 - BIG screens. Living room and each Bedroom. It's an extremely quite area of the complex. This is our third year, and up until now, we were actually thinking that nobody else lived there. We saw other people this year. But still very comfortable and quite. Bob has been great with our check ins and reaching out to us if we had any questions. Thanks again Bob for a great stay. June 2025 can't come fast enough.
