This home has all the bells and whistles anyone could ask for in a vacation home. Relax year-round with the hot tub and steam sauna! and In the summer months enjoy the benefits of a private pool.

This home is in the perfect location for weddings in Grand Rapids or even a quick shot to Holland. with 3200 sq ft of living space theres plenty of room for everyone.

We have three living areas for entertaining space. A crowd favorite is also the garage door bar that opens to the backyard living space.


**Fireplaces are for esthetics only and are non operational**

Pool open memorial to Labor Day (please ask if pool is open after as sometimes closing extends to October 1)

Memorable stay

This property was a very nice place to stay for our family and friends while in town for a wedding. We swam, cooked great meals and had the best time during our stay.

We had a great extended weekend in Grand Rapids for a friends trip and this place was perfect. The host was very friendly and helpful with check in and local recommendations. The house is very nice and clean, pool and steam shower are great bonus amenities and the beds are really comfortable! Perfect for a group of friends or family, the house is also in a nice location just a few minutes from downtown. Thank you for a great weekend!

Perfect family base for wedding weekend

Beautiful house and accommodations! Perfect for a home base for family for our daughter’s wedding weekend. The only reason for not giving 5stars was that the lack of towels was difficult. The bathrooms are beautiful and wet (steamy), and there just weren’t enough towels & bath mats or hooks to keep the bathroom dry and have usable towels.

Great Place!

This place accommodated our group of 7 perfectly and there was plenty to do at the house with the bar, hot tub, pool, fire pit, and back patio to name a few. Would recommend if you're trying to stay outside of Grand Rapids.

Great place to stay

It was spacious and well equipped with a large pool and a nice hot tub. There was also a fire pit. Nice little bar area where you can open a door and see a tv from the deck. Host was available and quickly responded to our questions.

Great summer spot with a pool near the city

We had an amazing time at this property. The outdoor activities with the pool and hot tub were amazing on hot summer days. Just a short trip from Grand Rapids where we could visit a bunch of breweries. The host was very accommodating and responsive as well. Couldn’t recommend this place higher!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood!

Came into town for a family wedding. Beautiful house was a great homebase for family to enjoy time together. The kids really enjoyed the pool while the parents enjoyed the hot tub. The house has five very comfortable bedrooms and wonderful living spaces for family to gather.

This was a great property for a group of 10. Everyone had a bedroom and lots of common space for hanging out. Would love to come back in the summer for the pool and hot tub!

Family Reunion

Our family came in town from Kansas City for a family reunion. This home was perfect for our needs! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and watching the Olympics together while we were home. The home is very spacious and had everything we needed! Not that far from downtown and being in between the airport and Lake Michigan beaches worked well.

40th birthday weekend

We came to Grand Rapids for my husband’s 40th birthday with friends. The house was just as described. We loved the hot tub and the steam shower. Lexi checked in to make sure everything was going well.
