The house was very spacious and worked perfectly for us. Ruben was wonderful to work with. On Sunday when we were to check out the two babies were taking their naps. He was so gracious to let us stay until they woke up. Make the rest of Sunday go much smoother!

The house was clean and super spacious. We had a girls trip with 7 of us and it didn’t feel like we were on top of anyone at any point. The neighborhood was decent and it was within walking distance to downtown. The host was very responsive and communicated everything we needed to know before hand. Parking was good there was street parking in front of the house and parking in the back of the house down an alley. The only down side I found was a few of the beds were a little too firm but other than that everything was excellent!!

Great location just outside of downtown but easily walkable to DASH bus pickup location. House had everything we needed for four couples for a weekend. We would stay again!

Property was nice. Location was good as far as access to downtown and highways. We were surprised there was another family living in the basement, the listing did not state that. Neighborhood is up and coming, Neighbors were pretty loud during the night, but it was ok. Most surprised of the people under the house, we were unaware of that and felt strange with the little ones we had being too loud, and then could definitely hear the kids below. Very nice property inside, spacious, updated and clean. Outside stairs and parking were rundown, stairs need some repair. Overall a good stay, just would suggest the listing to be more specific of other people living in the same dwelling. Host was good about communication, prompt responses to my initial questions.

Short stay

Had a group of 8 stay on the west side of the state for a couple rounds of golf. The 4 bedrooms were excellent for the 4 couples. Nicely located near the City of Grand Rapids. Overall, a nice stay.

Great affordable space a couple minutes from downtown!

We had 6 people stay, with 2 couples and 2 singles so it was nice having 4 bedrooms and plenty of space!

Hidden gem

We stayed here as part of a company trip. This place worked great for my group. Lots of great dining locations nearby as well! We'll be looking for this place for further trips in the area.
