This cozy condo, NEWLY REMODELED WITH ALL NEW FURNISHINGS, is located in a quiet development just minutes to either Cherry Grove, Sunset Beach and Myrtle Beach where you can find miles of beautiful sandy beaches, great restaurants and entertainment for the whole family! Relax by either the indoor or outdoor swimming pool, soak in the hot tub, or have a picnic in the picnic area. Don’t forget to get out and enjoy all the attractions the area has to offer. Come relax and have a wonderful vacation!

Perfect!

Place is super cute and about 7 minutes to a beach access! Food lion is 2 minutes away so everything is super close and convenient. The pictures don't do this place justice. Feels like a bigger space inside than what the pictures show. Cold AC! Fast Wifi! Pools were clean and literally 10 steps away from the porch. Will definitely be booking here again.

Amazing place to stay!

Our group loved everything about this property. It was so cute and in a great neighborhood. Anytime I had a question Kelly responded quickly and even called if it was urgent. It’s only about a 7 minute drive to the nearest beach which is Cherry Grove but we drove 10 to be at North Myrtle. Originally we booked for 2 people but a few days into the trip we met up with some of our friends and the hosts had no issue with letting them stay. Definitely stay here if you’re looking for a calm and quiet neighborhood!

Greetings! Allow me to introduce us. We are Mike and Kelly and like you, we love to travel. We are the proud parents of 3 amazing adult children and Gigi and Pappy to 3 fantastic grandkids. We are happy to take the plunge and find a great condo in the area that has been like a second home to us for over 30 years. We are glad to share it with you so that you too can make precious memories.

We purchased this condo because it is such a cozy space. The development is quiet and laid back. Perfect for relaxing and taking a breath from the chaos from the outside world. In addition, the yard outside our patio door and pools give our grandchildren space to burn off that energy.

The condo is truly located in a great spot. Easy access to 17 north and south allows you zip in and out whether your going south to Myrtle Beach or North toward Wilmington. At the end of a busy day, you can leave the hustle and bustle behind and relax for the evening.
