Located a short three miles from the sparkling coastline, this lovely condo provides the perfect fusion of comfort and convenience. Dine al fresco on the patio, which features water views. Situated in the Bay Tree I community, guests enjoy access to the shared outdoor pool.

This two-story home features an open-concept living floor, all-suite bedrooms, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a welcoming living area with a flatscreen TV. Added perks of this family-friendly home include a flatscreen TV in each bedroom, complimentary WiFi, and a provided Pack ‘n Play.

Enjoyed my stay but neighbor dog was not on leash as required by hoa. Had to ask local where the pool was. Was a little warm upstairs and tv kept coming on by itself. Very quiet and peaceful.

Stay away!!!!!! Awful!! No help from VRBO or VACASA.

There were many issues with the rental as soon as we arrived. So much time was spent on the phone with Vacasa over several days, especially the 1st night. We had guests leave & go to a hotel because we couldn't have them stay there. We left the next morning. We sent photos & videos to the links provided. The rental was filthy, hot & in disrepair. The AC upstairs was nonexistent & it was 96 outside, we couldn't sleep upstairs. ! The ceiling fan upstairs was missing blades & when you turned it on, it was so loose you thought it was going to fall off. The bedding in both upstairs bedrooms was dirty, the furniture itself looks like it came from a 2nd hand store, the wood stain is almost nonexistent. And the filth in the upstairs bedrooms was awful! There were clusters of hair in several spots in each bedroom, & the carpets are soiled & stained!! I picked up a few clumps of hair from the carpet, totally disgusting!! And add NO AC coming out of the upstairs vents. There were 2 bifold doors downstairs that wouldn't close. The bed in the downstairs bedroom looked like waves in the ocean that is how bad the bedding & any mattress pad on the bed was. The kitchen has laminate peeling from the counter tops. ! The clincher was the dog feces we found by the couch! We stayed the 1st night giving Vacasa & VRBO to come through with help from their "local team" but that never happen. We were forced to vacate to a more healthy location which added to the $1600 already spent. Stay away!!!

Other that a few minor details; this is a great place to stay. If it was terrible I wouldn't have returned for the second time. Replace the matresses and you will receive a five star rating.

Great place!

Clean, cozy, perfect location! We had a very comfortable stay! There was a minor issue beyond anyone’s control with the kitchen sink so we called the helpline and someone (very professional and kind) came out within minutes to fix the issue. Super quick and easy! Overall great place! Neighbors were super friendly making the area feel very safe :)

So-so

Door does not lock unless dead bolt is locked, it just pushes right open even though keypad is supposed to lock it. Property was okay but slightly dated. It got super hot and stuffy, especially at night. We set it to 72 and every time we’d look it was back to being set to 85 degrees.

AC/electrical nightmare

Air conditioner couldn't get the downstairs below 77 degrees. There was no A/C upstairs. This was known before my stay due to a previous renter posting a review. Spent the first two days of my 4 day vacation dealing with the HVAC repairman who couldn't fix the 22 year old unit. There was an electrical unit in which when you turned on the vent in the bathroom and touched the water faucet for the shower you got shocked. This is when Vacassa finally moved me to another location to finish out my stay. I requested a refund for the amount of the stay for the two nights of hell but was only compensated pennies on the dollar for what I paid. Was told I'd get one nights compensation by Vacassa representative. Still waiting.

Not as listed!!!

Town house wasn't as advertised on listing. My family wasn't able to use the facilities community swimming pool due to needing a key to enter gated pool. We weren't told we needed a key by one of the residents which told us and said we needed a new key and it's $35 to pick one up. I messaged the agency several times to resolve this matter and all we were told was that we would be given a $200 refund for the pool. That still doesn't fix the fact my family couldn't use the pool for the 7 days we were there. We could have stayed at other pet friendly places closer to the beaches that didn't offer pools. I asked for a name and number for whom I have to call to get this resolved and they just never messaged me back. Also the central air is terrible upstairs and was always hot. The townhouse wasn't very clean all around especially under beds and under furniture and cushions. My family and I will never stay here again.
