This beautiful property has a lot of space indoors and out for activities. Private 6 bedroom full house. Can sleep 16 comfortably. 2 full baths. Large porch with grill. Fire pit. Fully functional kitchen with all you need to cook your own meals. Located just 8 miles from Wichita Falls. Great for family getaway.

Family Friendly Space

Graduation Weekend! Great place to meet up with family...lots of outdoors for yard games. Set up alternate disc golf course. Nice interior, but not so fancy that you are on egg shells. Everything was comfortable with space to relax! Great areas in kitchen/grills for food preparation and space to enjoy your meals! Would definitely book again! Thank you.

Family weekend

We absolutely loved this property! We specifically searched for a property that would hold two families for a small intimate wedding ands this property for sure did that! It was quiet and peaceful with plenty of room for us all. The gazebo was great to enjoy the evenings and the beautiful porch and pond were perfect to enjoy morning coffee.

Perfect venue

Had a great weekend. House was clean and ready. Check in was smooth. Perfect “mans” pad. Uncomfortable with the cameras inside. Guest loved the house. No issues what so ever. Also people come in and out of the property but did not bother us or complain about all the vehicles. Would love and will rent again Also need rugs by doors. Had a bad storm and we kept tracking water in after it blew by.

Great getaway

We were in town for a family reunion and this place was close and had plenty of space to accommodate our part of the family.

Room to play!!

Our family came from Florida and Georgia to celebrate my Mother in laws 90th birthday! We had her party on the large deck overlooking the pond! We had about 13 children from 2-16 they all had fun hunting for Easter eggs in the huge yard!! The weather was perfect to enjoy the fire pit in the evenings snd to just relax on the rockers on the deck in the warmth of the afternoon sun!! We would definitely stay again!!

It has enough room and bed for everybody, a good outside playground, and a campfire made our evening more enjoyable.

Large lodge-style rental

If you are looking for someplace with lots of space for a large group, this is the place for you! This home had plenty of beds for our whole group, a large kitchen with lots of counter space to prep and serve. There are outdoor areas to relax and enjoy nature. The property did have a change of management shortly before our visit, but the transition was smooth on our end.

Family trip

It was a beautiful house, with lots of space. We were there due to the loss of a family member and had to elderly people with us and the manager allowed us to check in a little early for them. They all are quick to respond anytime you message them. I would stay again.

Great Stay!

Me and a dozen of my friends stayed at this house in Wichita, TX. All of us were high school / middle school friends and we had a great reunion after so many years. The house was in great condition. All of us slept very comfortably - there were a lot of beds, each had proper beddings, sheets, and towels. Kitchen was fully equipped, grill was in good condition. House was plenty spacious, living room was nice, walls were decorated with taxidermies. There was two bathrooms and the outside of the house was plenty spacious too. We had a great great time, the host was very nice and responsive. Would highly recommend!
