The house was very clean, and comfortable. For college friends meeting up to visit it was great! Coffee, sugar, & flour were in the fridge! And the host brought over yummy cinnamon rolls from a local bakery. It was in the perfect spot for us! Check in & check out was a breeze.Will definitely stay there again, when visiting Wichita Falls.

The owners allowed us to check in early. This was great since we had to be somewhere that afternoon. The cinnamon rolls were a big hit and much appreciated .The house was comfortable and roomy and worked great for our family.

Wonderful stay

We came after Christmas to visit family in Wichita Falls. We loved this home. We would easily stay here again. Waters and snacks on arrival GREATLY appreciated!

Girls weekend

There were 4 of us that have been friends since we were babies and we get together a couple of times a year. This house hosted us perfectly! Very clean, very comfortable, and the neighborhood is beautiful.

Highly Recommended

Visited Wichita Falls for the HH100 Ride. The hosts were really dialed into making us feel comfortable and understanding what we might need over the weekend. They left carb-filled snacks, bottled water, electrolyte powders and 2 bags of ice! The location was convenient and the house itself was clean and comfortable. I would book again.

Perfect rental property

Went to my hometown, with my best friend from high school, to visit other old friends. The rental we stayed in was so thoughtfully furnished and equipped. We had a nice little treat from a local bakery waiting when we arrived. The kitchen was wonderful, every pot, pan and utensil you would need, they even had condiments that you might have to go buy if you cooked - ketchup, mayo, mustard. Coffee maker AND coffee! wow! I do bring my own coffee wherever I go, but what a lovely gesture. Dishes to eat on and for serving; though we didn't cook here, I do cook quite a bit when on vacation and to have decent dishes, pots and pans, etc., it's rare. Not only decent, but good quality dishes. Everything was clean, the beds were very comfortable - bathrooms perfect. They had multi outlet strips on each side of the bed - thank you! We didn't have any issues at all. The neighborhood is beautiful, big trees, nice houses, close to everything we needed. Quiet at night. I have stayed in vacation rentals all over the world, this property was complete - had everything we needed. Usually there is something that I don't particularly care for, but not here. Perfect for a family with kids, lots of room inside, and out in the back yard. I can recommend this property unequivocally and without hesitation. If you are making a trip to Wichita Falls, stay here, you won't be sorry.

The house was perfect. We’ll supplied and every detail was taken care of. I wish all VRBO rentals were this nice. The owners were great too.

Family get together

Family from Georgia and Oklahoma visiting with 90 year old Daddy. House was very nice clean and stayed cool during a hot weekend. Beds were comfortable and all needs were met.would definitely stay again.

Lovely house in a great neighborhood

Lance and Pam were communicative and a pleasure to work with on our last minute booking. House is impeccably clean, well furnished, and comfortable. It now has a corkscrew :-). The home's location is superb in one of the nicest historic areas of the 'Falls. We will rent again for future family gatherings.

Lovely home

The house was clean and bright, just as advertised. The cupboard full of seasonings was a nice surprise. We were in town for a family reunion and were thoroughly satisfied with this space. Thank you, Lance and Pam!

Great house in a wonderful location

We loved our stay! The house was perfect for our group of lifetime friends! 3 comfortable beds in 3 roomy bedrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed with so many extras! The hosts were so nice and accommodating! Art was was amazing and done by our host. It was so much fun walking around and looking at all of the art. Great outdoor space too. Families would fit great here too. One large bedroom had sitting area with pullout couch. We didn’t need it but we saw a pack’n’play and high chair available. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Weekend Visiting Our Airman

The location and neighborhood was excellent pretty much everything was just a 5 minutes drive and the Air Force Base is just 10 minutes away so that was pretty cool it seems that the house was recently renovated so everything seems to be brand new and working perfectly. Great communication with the host. We would definitely stay here again if we make another trip to Wichita Falls.
