Again, I truly appreciate your understanding on the miscommunication with my cleaning crew and that the house was not ready upon your arrival. In the 7 years as a rental property that has never happened and I am so sorry for the inconvenience. I was definitely embarrassed and glad we were able to get them there immediately to rectify the situation.

Comfortable home, ton's of seating areas and nicely stocked. Loved the location, beautiful quite neighborhood and we really enjoyed riding the bikes to downtown area. Property manger was very responsive.

We enjoyed this house with the pool, hot tub, ping pong table and we utilized the grill twice The inside of the house is very nice! Three bedrooms, 3 baths and we had 7 of our family so it worked really well! The host was very responsive with her communications. My complaint was the timing of our visit where their pool company and grounds company had not come and tons of leaves in pool, on deck, garbage blown around the stairs. It was cleaned up later so all good. Outside of the house is more run down, railing to house not in good shape and maybe they could spend a small amount of money to buy new ping pong paddles and balls :) but overall we were very happy with this house.

Heritage without the golf

AMAZING - so calm and peaceful. Easy to reserve and easy to check in. The owners provide an amazing amount of extras from beach chairs, pool floats, to a stacked kitchen. Best of all were all of the beach towels!!! Can't wait to stay again. Went for the golf but stayed at beach and pool.

Wonderful Family Stay

We enjoyed everything about our week. The lagoon, the bikes in the garage, the large living area and heated pool/spa. We highly recommend this home for any family staying in Hilton Head. We were impressed by Palmetto Dunes as well.

Great house stocked with everything you may need. We felt location was perfect - neighborhood is stunning to walk or bike and beach access (.52mi) was easy to either walk or bike. House has a bunch of bikes to use, puzzles, games, beach cart, etc. The dock was nice to nature watch (we had blue heron that kept us company next to dock). The communication with Mike (prop manager) owners was fantastic and resolutions for minor issues were near immediate. I would stay here again, we really enjoyed it.

Great place!

The location and surrounding area was absolutely perfect! Very peaceful and serene….just what we needed! The house looks just as the pictures online. We had a couple minor issues during our stay, however, the responsiveness of the property manager and owner were top notch!

The property was as described and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the shade provided by the under house area. Very nice perk having a refrigerator there. The neighborhood was quiet and the yard offered privacy. The kitchen was very well supplied. The house overall was very comfortable. The only thing we could have asked for is a toilet downstairs for pool days. The walk to the beach is pretty long in the heat of summer.

Vacation Paradise

This property was perfect for our stay. We had four adults and two children 2 and 4. Plenty of open space in living and dining area, bedrooms great size. Great pool area space and yard. Extra bonus was the toys and games for the kids that were on the property. Plenty of bikes to use. Would highly recommend and will stay there again.

The Best of Hilton Head Island

This beautiful property in the Palmetto Dunes was fantastic. The property had great amenities and all the necessities for our stay. The seamless check-in was quick and easy. The property was pristine and the community was wonderful to walk or bike around, the beach was easily accessible. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I’ll definitely be bringing my family back here.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house! Everything you would need is provided. Since we had a 5 year old and 2 thirteen year olds, having pool toys, ping pong and bikes made it perfect.

Great week in August

Our family of four (two kids) had a wonderful stay. Beautiful pool and back yard. The bikes on the property were really appreciated. Our kids also loved all the games and toys. If you have a family and want to stay in Hilton Head (Palmetto Dunes, in particular), definitely consider this property.

Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing

From the moment we walked in the door the house was beautiful. The amenities were top notch. With 3 small children I couldn’t imagine a more accommodating home. We loved our stay! The owners are very helpful and kind. The property manager was beyond friendly! We had a wonderful experience!

Nice comfortable, beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay very much. Both the host and the property manager gave us great suggestions. We biked (bikes at the house), played pickle ball and golf. The house has a great outdoor space right on the lagoon with a pool, hot tub, comfortable couches and ping pong table. Lots of comfortable places to sit and chat or read inside too.

Perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay! Our family of 5 has been coming to Hilton Head for almost 20 years and this was our favorite visit! Loved the Palmetto Dunes location, all of the amazing living space, the very private pool/hot tub, backyard and shaded game area. We played pickleball, walks to the beach, golfed, bike rides and ice cream at the General Store. It doesn’t get any better! 100 percent would stay here again!

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home, quiet location. 5 minute bike ride to the beach. This home is well maintained with everything you need. Owners really go above and beyond with stocking the home. Owner responded quickly to questions and property manager was excellent. 5 out of 5 stars!

Awesome Holiday House

We loved this beautiful home and it immediately felt like home to our entire family. It was tastefully and simply decorated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would normally need to prepare and enjoy meals together. It was close to the beach and we took full advantage of the bikes which were provided. The pool and entertainment area were great- especially considering we had several days of un-Hilton Head like weather. Loved the home!

The neighborhood of this home was beautiful and quiet. The location to to beach was definitely bailable and an enjoyable ride. The layout of the home is great. The home could use some updating as some areas look tired, specifically the bathrooms. The king beds are comfortable however, the curtains are too small for the door and can’t be closed fully. It would also be nice to have ceiling fans in all bedrooms. The pool/ hot tub is nice but the heating far is unreasonable..600 for 4 days. We did have a significant issue with the guest bathroom as the shower handle broke off when trying to turn it off and the water could t be turned off. The homeowner was quick to get it fixed for us.

Thank you for your review. We continue to strive to ensure our home is up to date and well maintained. Most furnishings are brand new in the last 18 months and we pride ourselves on making our guests feel at home in all of the spaces. I am glad we were able to quickly resolve the bath issue immediately. Unfortunately the cost of propane is expensive and we understand that is a choice our guests have to make during the cooler months. We appreciate your feedback and thanks for staying with us.

My husband and I just purchased this home in August 2022 and are so excited to have you as our guests! We currently reside in the suburbs of Chicago, but have made Hilton Head an annual vacation destination for our family for many years. We love everything about the island - the weather, the beaches, the endless bike rides and I can't forget the golf!
