Excellent vacation home for our family of 9 including 2 children. This home is well furnished from all your kitchen and other household needs, and play needs for the pool and beach! Excellent location and environment with bamboo and palm tree shading. Loved our week here and recommend. Also want to mention how responsive Scott was for answering questions. Thank you!

Scott was amazing to communicate with! The house was cozy and decorated beautifully inside. (The only thing we were a little uncomfortable with was the lack of blinds in the main living area- other than that it is very accurately pictured) We love the community of Palmetto Dunes- and the fact that is gated on the golf course is wonderful! There were a couple of issues that Scott was quick to resolve. We had a great stay, however the weather was unfortunately not the best to enjoy the amenities like we would have liked too. Thanks for a nice week!!

Cozy and clean

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bamboo house. We were able to relax and just make memories. The location was wonderful! We would definitely consider staying again!

Perfect Stay

This property has everything you need and Scott was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The private pool is fantastic and the beach is a short walk or a quick shuttle ride away. The house was very clean and there were lots of nice amenities. We will be staying here again!

The best stay in Hilton Head

The place was spectacular. Scott was an incredible host. The home had everything you’d need. It was very private and in a great location. The pool is amazing, with full sun almost all day. They’ve literally thought of everything you would ever need to have a great vacation.

Excellent Vacation

This vacation was one of the best we have had as a family, with friends. The house was amazing - clean and just as specified as listed. The pool and hot tub were great and everything as expected. This will definitely be a place we recommend to others and we will be back!

PERFECT!

This house was perfect for our family. The grandkids loved the pool of course. Short walk to the beach. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Would absolutely stay there again.

Very nice

The house is very nice and clean. The host is very responsive and kind . We had a great time . The pool and outside seating was very nice and the beds very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again. 10 star rating

Beautiful respite from the sun, just minutes from the beach.

The property offered plenty of space for our family of 5. The pool and hot tub had wonderful shade and privacy that offered a refreshing break from the sun when it got too intense. The beach was an easy walk/bike ride away. The neighborhood offered many beautiful walking/biking paths. It was a great place for a family vacation.

The Perfect Week!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Bamboo House! The Host was beyond attentive, checked in, and willing to answer any questions. We were so appreciative! The house was perfect for our family with Grandparents and two kiddos under two with it being a one story and easy access to a pool and spa! We didn’t want to leave!

Easy, lovely and convenient

The property at 20 Offshore is as advertised. The set up in the home provides so many nooks for privacy and relaxation. It is well maintained and has all the amenities you need. The property manager was extremely helpful and responsive and provided all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. We will be back!

Perfect Home!!

We are always concerned when booking a home to stay for vacations, but when we arrived our concerns all vanished! The home layed out exactly the way we were hoping and our stay could not have been more perfect!! Our son and his friends had their own beds and were living the dream with the pool and jacuzzi each and every day/night. The house was within a 10 minute walk to the beach, which my wife and I took advantage of every morning!! The living room was very spacious and plenty of room for all of us to enjoy!! Scott stayed in touch and was able to answer all questions that came up during our stay, so we were sorry our stay could not be longer!! WE WILL BE COMING BACK AGAIN!!

Gorgeous and family perfect.

Everything about this property was absolutely wonderful! From the well laid out floor plan to the secluded, yet good sun exposed pool and hot tub, it fit our needs perfectly. Honestly the pictures don’t do it justice. And everything you can think of is provided. The only problem was we didn’t get to enjoy it for the entire week. Tropical storm Debby moved in on our second day, and we were forced to make a heartbreaking decision to leave. Although the storm didn’t prove what the forecasters were warning (possible devastating & catastrophic flooding), we couldn’t take a chance with our toddler granddaughter and disabled daughter. So we didn’t get to truly enjoy our lovely amenities. Scott was very apologetic, thoughtful and kind to work with. Hopefully try again next year….😉

Fantastic April break!

Our group had a fantastic stay at 20 Off Shore. We had two adult couples and four kids ranging in age from 9-13. The kids shared the two rooms with the adjoining bathroom, and the adults used the other bedrooms. One thing to note is that there is a definite master suite and then a second bedroom that is nice but not as spacious and luxurious as the primary. My husband and I drew the short straw and had the second bedroom rather than the primary. The bathroom for that room is not attached, and is relatively small, but was sufficient for our needs. The location of the house was absolutely perfect. It took almost ten minutes to get out of Palmetto Dunes by car, but if you walked or biked through the back yard you could be out to the main drag in seconds. That being said, the property was very quiet and private. Our group loved the pool and hot tub - despite the somewhat cool weather we had a few of the days, the pool was always the perfect temperature. The beach path was a quick three minute bike ride or ten minute walk away. Scott was immediately responsive the few times we had to reach out, and he was a true pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend 20 Off Shore!

Pleasurable Palmetto Privacy

This house was very clean and was perfect for our family of 6 adults and our 4 year old grandson. Living room is very spacious and kitchen is very well equipped and workable. The pool was a super hit for our grandson and was very clean. The pool area is very private. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect home for two families.

We are a family of 4 and we shared this home with another family of 4. Our children range in age from 1-5. The separate wings of the home made for the perfect layout for sharing! The home was really clean and well decorated. The pool was amazing and we spent a lot of time enjoying the intentionally separate outdoor spaces. The kitchen had everything we needed to make it through the week. The double oven was a DREAM for separate meals for picky kids. The location is really set away from the hoards of vacationers and the street was beautiful. Very private property. There is a beach access path between private properties about .7 miles from the home. There is also a drop off zone so you can drop the family and bags off then have 1 person take the car home and ride a bike back. That beach was so private we only saw 3 other families. However, we did get to see a bit more shark action too! Laura was very prompt and helpful with any questions and/or issues. The only negative was the screened in patio. Was expecting a bit better condition based on the online photos. Also, it would have been super to have had a hairdryer! All in all would definitely rent this property again.

Amazing Vacation!

We stayed in Hilton Head in July 2022. The house was spectacular. We had everything we needed. The pool was such an added bonus. It was clean and the perfect size. We bbq’d a few times for dinner and the kitchen was well stocked. The beach was about a 3 minute bike ride. We rented bikes for the week and biked everywhere. Laura was extremely responsive to my questions and helped me with recommendations and parking passes etc. We will most definitely be renting here in the coming years…we loved every minute.

Perfect home for multiple families

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. We had 8 adults and 3 young kids and it was the perfect size. The master bedroom has a walk in closet that was so large we were able to use it as a nursery for the baby of the group. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals when we decided to eat in. The pool was always a comfortable temperature (not heated, but there was no need for it!) and there’s plenty of outdoor seating. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a spacious and quiet property for vacation.

Friends get together

Great house! We had three couples who have been vacationing together for 16 years. It used to include the kids, but now they are grown and gone. The house was fantastic. We went to the beach a couple days and just hung out at the pool other days. Lots to do in Hilton Head.

Great Vacation House!

Was exactly as advertised! Had one small hiccup with AC and they were there within hours to fix it! Would defiantly stay there again!
