Welcome to the Saint Newland house. It is a 4 BR brand new modern house that can perfectly accommodate up to 10 guests, it is completely clean and disinfected place, perfect for a family or friends with access to a private back deck and front patio.
The house is fully furnished, with a huge TV, high-speed WIFI, Grill, and all kitchen utensils to make your stay comfortable.

Loved this house and location. Quiet neighborhood, very private location with no neighbors close by (surprising) and minutes away from everything we needed to be close to during our stay in Charlotte. Highly recommend!

We had a very pleasant stay in this very comfortable, cozy house. You are just minutes from downtown Charlotte.The host, Ali, was very friendly and attentive. We would stay in this great location again in the future.

Great place for staying. The keyless entry to lock and unlock had minor issues when trying to leave and or go somewhere. But inside of the house excellent condition.

It was perfect for a mother/daughter weekend. We had enough room and didn't feel cramped. The house did smell like stale smoke, but over all clean!

I got in contact with the property manager way ahead of time. He was always prompt in response. The house was remodeled very well. Kitchen is a high point! We had fun.

Snoop Dogg Concert

Several friends and I stayed at this location, go see Snoop Dogg on concert. Very spacious and clean. Updated appliances. We were really impressed. Would not mind using this location again in the future.

Great stay!

I stayed here with a group of friends to explore Charlotte for a night and although we didn’t spend much time in the house, it was great! Super clean, cute, and renovated. Good location to get to and from the city easily. The check in and check out process was simple and communication was great with Ali! Thanks so much!

Rafting Trip

I took a group of teenagers to go rafting. The property was about 15 min. Away which was awesome. Very clean and very easy to communicate and get in the property. I would definitely recommend staying here.
