The Majestic Lofts located at 209 Printers Alley offer old world charm and modern luxurious conveniences.

Tucked away in a historic red brick building in downtown Nashville, this spacious new 2022 buildout includes 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a 300 sq ft New Orleans style balcony overlooking Historic Printers Alley. You can relax in one of the rocking chairs or enjoy a drink or meal on your private outdoor bistro table all the while taking in the vibrant ambience. Each bedroom is a suite with its own bathroom, brand new plush mattress and bedding, and a Smart TV to make you feel right at home.

Comparable to the cost of a local hotel room, you and your guests can stretch out, enjoy homelike comforts and conveniences with Printers Alley right outside the door. Just a few steps away are Broadway's honky-tonks, bars, restaurants, Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, and many more Nashville attractions in the heart of Music City. Inside the building is a restaurant and an entertainment venue.

PLEASE NOTE:
All booking/primary guests will be required to provide a valid form of identification prior to arrival. This form of identification will be used to verify guests' identity and also to act as an acceptance of the property's standard House Rules

All bedrooms in this loft are interior- there are no windows in any of the bedrooms. The dens are well lit from the exterior windows.

Minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years old.

Multiple paid parking options, located within 2 blocks of the property, are available. Prices vary from $10-$45 per day.

Early check-ins can be requested the week of your arrival. Depending on availability surrounding the date of your stay, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note this building is in the heart of downtown Nashville. We are not responsible for any uncontrolled variables such as noise, private or public events, construction, etc that may be happening at the time of your trip.

This property was wonderful. Great location and even though you are right in Printers Alley, the noise was not an issue. The condo is so clean. They go out of their way to supply you with the essentials to start your trip and so much more. I would highly recommend. Thanks for making our trip special.

The property is everything it says in the listing. Clean, spacious, and quite. Large bedrooms and bathrooms and a nice balcony over Printers Alley.This property is also very secure and safe with a modern key swipe system.Great location and only a few blocks to Broad Street.I highly recommend this property for a stay in downtown Nashville. The property was super clean and spacious and the location couldn't have been better. The communication was exceptional and helped to make it a worry-free weekend getaway. I'll definitely look to stay here the next time we are in Nashville!

Awesome property and location!

This property was an amazing place to stay! Dawson was very prompt and helpful with any questions we had. The property was very clean, well equipped with everything we needed for our group and was decorated beautifully. It was a short walk to lower Broadway! Definitely will stay here again!

Perfect!

Could not ask for a better location or residence! So nice for all three couples to have their own bathrooms. Lots of space and loved being right above Printer's Alley. We definitely will be staying there again.

Excellent location

Property was clean and well equiped for our stay. The host included snacks, water and extra cords to charge our phones. We enjoyed every aspect of this property from the balcony to the comfortable furnishings. Highly recommend this property if you want to be within walking distance to Broadway restaurants, bars and shopping.

Great Stay

Our third year in a row in Nashville and first time on Printers Alley. This unit was the best we have ever stayed in anywhere. Three rooms all with en suites. Living space was large enough for our party and then the large deck with plenty of seating. Very quiet also considering we were right on the alley. Highly recommend.

Family and friend Nash getaway

This is a great property and the host goes above and beyond with extras. They have thought of everything from extra chargers to bottled waters to suitcase stands. Very clean and accommodating with early check in and late check out. Nice decor, fun area with large balcony. Would recommend to my friends.

Perfect place.

The residence is beautiful, well equipped, stocked, and close to everything you need. You can be in the action overlooking the patio or away from the action in the residence. Highly recommend this place. We had three couples and it was prefect for gathering, but also had private space.

We were 3 couples coming to Nashville to see Chris Stapleton at the Bridgestone Arena. This condo was PERFECT! The beauty and comfort of it…the location…the amenities…each couple had their own bedroom with on suite bathroom…the balcony and the outside furniture…PERFCT!
