The location was close to the Gaylord Convention Center and even closer to downtown. It was roomy and provided enough space for three grown men to have privacy and for the rest of our team to come over for meetings.

Marleez was an outstanding host, always making sure we had the best stay she really was the sweetest. The place was sooo spacious and easily fit our large bachelorette group of 10. I would totally stay here again!

It was great place to stay!! We were there to celebrate 3 birthdays and she had a cake in the fridge for us when we got there and a variety of snacks! Host was amazingly responsive, accommodating and thoughtful! Would stay again!

We came for my daughter’s graduation at Tennessee State University. Close enough to school and restaurants. It is a beautiful home. Plenty of room for everyone. We all enjoyed the stay!

Great property just 5 minute or so Uber to downtown. We walked downtown one morning king and took us 25 minutes. House was clean and Marleez took care of everything we needed. Very prompt communication! Would stay here again and have already recommended to friends.

This house was awesome for our need! The area around the home is not the best, but we did not have any issues while there. The home was beautiful and clean. The highlight of this expereince was the host. She was amazing, very attentive, and accommodating!

It is not 2 minutes to Broadway! The house was dirty and in a terrible neighborhood. The host was nice and answered any concerns we had. I think the listing needs to be updated because it is not new!
