Welcome to Océane. Our vacation condo is in an amazing location! This is a top floor condo just 1 short block from the amazing pristine beaches of Wildwood NJ.

This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo is sun-filled in every room, with an open floor plan that connects the kitchen, dining and living room. The space has cathedral ceilings throughout, plenty of windows and ceiling fans, offering a spacious and airy beach feel.

This location is unbeatable - nestled right at the tip of Wildwood Crest and at the beginning of the famous Wildwood boardwalk - we are one block from the beach! There are many water sports activities, the boardwalk and piers have tons of rides for all ages, restaurants, bars and two outdoor water parks. The location is in walking distance to many casual and fine dining, classic ice cream parlors, cafes, bakeries, 3 kids playground to choose from, public tennis courts, convention center and more. You literally don’t have to drive anywhere once you get here. Just park your car in the garage and leave it there! You can walk, rent bikes (there is a bike rental at the corner) or use the tram car up and down the boardwalk.

And our patio offers water views and AMAZING views of the Friday night boardwalk fireworks!

If you are new to Wildwood, we're located in Cape May county with other beach towns nearby. Wildwood is a 5-mile long island with the Bay on one side and pristine beach on the other. You can also explore neighboring towns -15 minute drive north is Stone Harbor and 10 minute drive south is Cape May Beach.

This unit is on the top floor walk-up (2 flights) to help you get your beach steps in. For convenience, there is a private ground level storage area with a digital lock for your beach gear, bikes, strollers and more.

Perfect location

The condo is beautifully decorated and everything you need is within walking distance. Only a few steps to the boardwalk where you can catch the tram or rent a bike. Great parks and basketball courts within walking distance.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The location was one block to the beach and boardwalk. The condo was spacious and clean, plenty of room for our family of four. The living room and kitchen were very big and the bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The washer and dryer were key. Tracey was wonderful to work with and was very responsive to any questions I had. The beach chairs, umbrella and beach wagon being there, so we didn't have to pack them, was key and greatly appreciated. This was our first time at Wildwood and we had so much fun. We are looking forward to coming back next year! Thank you Tracey for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Had a great time. The location is close to where we wanted to be. One block off the beach and right by the convention center. The unit is clean and nicely decorated. The host was very communicative and the check in and out process were simple and straightforward.

Fantastic location, everything new! Wonderful view with lots of natural daylight (corner property). Very comfortable bed, excellent washer and dryer. Terrific garage parking w extra storage area. Close to many local restaurants and establishments. Had a lovely time!

Amazing condo in Wildwood!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay in this great condo! It is located just a block from the boardwalk, very close to the Convention Center, rides, and tons of places to eat. The unit was very clean upon arrival, well appointed and decorated nicely. The two bedrooms was the perfect room for my wife and I and our 11 year old son for his soccer tournament. We look forward to returning!

4 day weekend getaway

We had a great getaway! The condo was beautiful and very clean, which is much appreciated. The pictures were exactly how the condo looked. The location of the condo is perfect. Awesome place

This was my 1st time using VRBO and I was very nervous due to reviews from other properties. I must say the host was hands on from the moment I booked this Condo. She was very communicative and responded to every text. This place was perfect for my family, very clean and close to everything. I did not need to use my car to go anywhere. Perfect!

Tracey was phenomenal! Very attentive and personable and great to work with. The house itself was very clean, comfortable and looked just like the pictures. Clean and convenient location

The Beach House Retreat was the perfect home base for our recent vacation! The rental was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The location was absolutely ideal - just a short walk to the sandy beach, and within easy reach of all the local shops, restaurants, and attractions. We loved being able to walk to the beach every day, and having such a comfortable, well-equipped home to come back to at the end of the day. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the living room was cozy for relaxing in the evenings. The host was extremely easy to reach. Overall, this vacation rental exceeded our expectations and made our trip truly enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Family vacation

It was our 2nd year staying in this building, but the first time in this unit. The location is excellent for events at the convention center and just a short walk to the beach. The unit is beautiful and very clean. The entire unit is modern and updated. It was absolutely everything that you could need. We were very comfortable there as our family of 4, but could easily add 2 more on the pull out couch. The owner was very responsive and available for questions and updates. Would love to stay here again someday!

Fun at the boardwalk and beach

We booked this last-minute stay in Wildwood, NJ to enjoy a last hurrah of summer. The condo is in an excellent location, two blocks from Wildwood beach. The beaches in Wildwood are surprisingly free (a rarity in New Jersey!) and were very clean. Our kids (ages 12 and 9) thoroughly enjoyed the boardwalk and amusement park/water park at Morey's Piers. The condo is perfect for families with 2-3 kids and our hosts were communicative with us throughout our visit. Consider Wildwood for your next Jersey Shore vacation!

Was a great location and clean! However walls paper thin and no extra Tp but store was In walking distanceAnd we had to pack own sheets! No paper towels no amenities whatsoever! No shampoo and hair dryer ! But overall was a great location and clean! But the TP was a problem! Carport was a bonus!

Very good place

The place is very nice and much bigger than it looks in the pictures. The bedrooms are nice and spacey. Bathrooms are clean and don't feel cramp. The place is less than 5 min walk from the boardwalk. We would wake up, rented bikes next to the boardwalk. then have brunch on the boardwalk. Then we would go to the beach. We then came back and shower. Had a little nap. Then headed to SOL which had very good food. Then walked to Sea shell ice cream to have ice cream. Walked on the boardwalk to have some lemonade. It was fun. FYI. Remember to bring your hairdryer as well.

So many family memories have been built and we love this area so much that when the opportunity came, we invested in a vacation home. We renovated the place after purchasing and want to share it with other families so you can enjoy time away from the grind of daily life, and just relax and enjoy quality time with family and friends. I'm also a licensed real estate agent in the state of New Jersey.

Our place has an updated the kitchen and bathrooms with modern touches, and the decor is designed to give you a classic beach feel. I worked on every detail of this home to create a space that my family and others would enjoy. As your host, my focus is to make your stay comfortable and seamless so you can build memories here in Wildwood.

Nestled right at the tip of Wildwood Crest and at the beginning of the famous Wildwood boardwalk. You get both the quaint atmosphere of the Crest if you go south and the heart of the island if you go north. And AMAZING views of the Friday night boardwalk fireworks from the balcony!

Just a few minutes walk to the WW convention center, mini golfs, surf shops, playgrounds, centennial park, outdoor concerts, fox park with tennis and basketball courts.

You won't have to drive, just park your car and walk, bike or tramcar wherever you want to go on the island!
