This cozy cabin features a reverse floor plan and is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood. With four bedrooms and a game room, it offers ample space and comfort. The large, fenced backyard is ideal for children and pets (with some restrictions).

Main Level Highlights:

·        Great Room: Enjoy wood floors, a gas fireplace, and a TV with DVD player. The dining area offers easy access to the back deck, perfect for relaxing in the shade under mature trees.

·        Kitchen: Fully stocked with essentials including a gas range, microwave, coffee pot, and full-size refrigerator. Step out to the front patio for grilling on the propane barbecue.

·        Bedroom 1: Features a queen bed, Smart TV, sofa, and a private 3/4 bathroom.

Downstairs Features:

·        Game Room: A fun escape with a pool table, flat screen TV, and seating area. Please note: Do not move the pool table—moving it will result in forfeiture of your full deposit and possible additional charges for repairs.

·        Bedrooms: Three additional bedrooms include one a queen bed and two with full beds and access to a shared 3/4 bathroom.

·        Laundry: Washer and dryer available for your convenience.

·        Hot Tub: Is currently not operational
