The Mountain Song is a picturesque three-story cabin with spectacular panoramic views of the Great Smoky Mountains. It is nestled in the charming community of Cobbly Nob in Gatlinburg, an ideal place for a fun and relaxing family getaway. This private, mountain resort sits on 1,000 acres surrounded by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park! Cobbly Nob amenities include seasonal access to 3 community pools, tennis courts, 24-hr. security, & Bent Creek golf course. The Mountain Song offers easy driving distances to all area attractions and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park but is also very secluded with abundant wildlife.
We take great pleasure in welcoming you to our luxurious cabin "A Mountain Song." If you desire some of the best views in the Great Smoky Mountains, then "A Mountain Song" is the one for you. The views can be enjoyed from one of the three mountain view covered decks or from the large outdoor hot tub. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park is right outside your front porch with Gatlinburg just down the road!
You will enter on the main level which includes an updated open floor plan with a grand living room with vaulted ceilings, large illuminating cathedral windows, and stone gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen is a great gathering place to have a few drinks and chat while meals are being prepared. Enjoy indoor/outdoor dining with a choice between the 9-foot indoor dining table or 2 outdoor picnic tables on the wrap-around deck. Enjoy unlimited entertainment options in the living room with the 65-inch Roku-enabled 4K TV and high-speed Xfinity WiFi (600mbps). The 3-seat leather sofa expands to a sleeper sofa. Also, on the outdoor main level is a magnificent wood burning stone fireplace.
The upstairs level includes a grand primary bedroom with a memory foam king bed, full bathroom, huge walk-in closet, 4K Roku TV, and private entrance to the highest mountainside deck/balcony. Also on the second level is an open-concept bedroom/loft/entertainment area with a bunk bed (twin over full) and queen-size leather sofa.
The lower-level TV/game room was made with fun and relaxation in mind. The game room which includes a 55-inch Roku-enabled 4K TV with plenty of slots for attaching your video game device (or simply signing into your streaming platform), a pool table, and several board games and puzzles to make your stay at "A Mountain Song" a memorable one! Also, a multi-cade with plenty of games is available for the video game enthusiast. . This level also includes a more private large king bedroom suite with your own walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, comfortable king memory foam bed, Roku enabled 4K TV and a private entrance to the deck with the hot tub. Also you can enjoy a fire in front of the 2 indoor fireplaces (indoor fireplaces in operation October through March)
While staying at "A Mountain Song," there is so much to do and see, including fishing, hiking, swimming, golfing, bird watching, wildlife viewing and going to all the local attractions. After a long day of outdoor adventures, jump into the hot tub and soak all your cares away or sit and relax on anyone of our three covered porches. Your morning coffee can also be enjoyed on the covered decks while taking in the beautiful views of the Great Smoky Mountains. Also, while you're outside, check out the gigantic stone outdoor fireplace.

The entire cabin is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.
★ ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS ★
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. A unique door code will be sent to you prior to check-in. No need to meet anyone for a key
The 0.8 miles from neighborhood entrance to cabin involves hilly/steep/narrow roads. Please drive slowly and follow your Maps. The roads are paved all the way up to cabin. Although snow is rare, in the winter, 4WD or AWD may be necessary. Cell service may be spotty in the mountains, we recommend you download the maps of the area for offline use prior to travel, just in case service is lost. Please note RVs and large semi trucks are not allowed for safety as the roads leading up to the cabin can be narrow at times.
★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. High touched surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
★ NATURE IMMERSION ★
The natural surroundings offer majestic areas and sights. However, you might encounter a few bugs happily playing on the deck and around the cabin. Don't be alarmed, as this is a standard occurrence in the Smokies. Also, bears and other wildlife may be seen roaming around the area so please take precautions and do not engage the wildlife.
★ HOUSE RULES ★
We kindly ask you to respect our home and treat it as your own, so that all our guests can continue to enjoy it for years to come. You will be charged for any damaged inventory. Please do not move interior furniture outside of the cabin (including onto the porches) and do not move exterior furniture into the cabin.
★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
Although we love animals, the cabin is not suited to accommodate pets, and we would kindly ask you not to bring your furry friends with you. We have a very strict no pets policy, and if violated, the fee is $1,500. We don't want to ever put people with pet allergies at risk.
★ WEATHER ★
No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/ other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.
Note: Security cameras are located on the exterior of the cabin for your safety. None of these cameras are pointed toward private areas (hot tub) or the interior of the cabin. Please do not touch or tamper with the camera or disconnect the Wifi, this is for your own safety
Note: A security deposit will be collected through our channel manager OwnerRez. A hold will be placed on your credit card on file and the hold will be released upon departure.
