This quiet neighborhood is 10-15 min from downtown Talkeetna which allows for easy access but also relaxation. Sunshine Lake is a beautiful lake to fish, paddle, or just enjoy from either the large deck or dock down by the water's edge.

To make your stay even better, we’ve added a brand-new cedar sauna—because nothing says “vacation” like sweating out your worries in the middle of the wilderness!
We’ve also stocked the house with everything you could possibly need, so you can focus on making memories instead of making last-minute store runs. From kayaks and life jackets to a couple of fishing poles, we’ve got the gear—just bring your sense of adventure!
