Perfect for families

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful 3 story home. Owner kept in touch often and was friendly and courteous. The home was very clean and up to date and suited our family of 9 well. Very quiet neighborhood in subdivision near businesses. We were there for a tournament and it was within 15 minutes of fields. We look forward to booking again next year!

We took students and their parents to a National contest and we had a great experience! This VRBO was clean, roomy, had things for the kids to do. Weather was rainy and no one complained about being inside. We cooked meals and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We felt very safe with all of our kids there. We would for sure stay here again.

Overall, very nice house with lots of positives. Very nice neighborhood, clean, lots of space, very comfortable beds, good communication from owner, several entertainment options on site. We enjoyed our stay. Areas for improvement communicated with owner directly.

Consulting Paradise

My friends and I are all tech consultants. We worked together all week on an impossible problem with our platform. All of us sat on the main level at the huge kitchen table and collaborated. In between we at Lamar’s Donuts and Jack Stack BBQ. All of us appreciated the game room when we took breaks along with the many sleeping and lounging areas. By the end of our week the team slayed the platform problem and everyone was delighted by the stay. Five stars.

nice place, but beds are terrible

overall very nice and large home. Beds were the worst i have ever slept on though. Couldnt get in when we arrived after driving 10 hours and was able to reach owner and after about 10 minutes got in. Owner texted and asked us to take the garbage out, which was a bit weird, but not a big deal i guess.

Family Home

We had a great stay here! We met up with a family we’re friends with and stayed together. The house was very clean and spacious and in a great neighborhood. There was plenty of games and entertainment for our kids in the house. There was also ample baby items in the house which was super convenient to not have to bring everything (multiple pack n plays, baby swing, baby bath, high chair, baby plates and utensils). We had some trouble with one of the tvs and the host responded quickly and helpfully and came out to help us.Would absolutely recommend staying here and would stay here again if we’re back in the area

Great property

House was clean and user friendly. Lots of space for hanging out with friends and would be good for a large family also. A blueprint would be helpful to understand the layout of the house. There is a bedroom with two queen beds and a bathroom downstairs, then a bed with a sink that is open to the play area which has fold out couches. The couches are listed as a bedroom. It would be nice to have portable fans and extra blankets for the beds or couches for guests.

Spacious home for the whole family

We enjoyed this spacious home while in KC for a wedding. There was enough room for our children & spouses plus Grandma. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Good communication with host, with very quick replies to our questions.

Conference attendance

We had a wonderful time. Provided a place to relax after a full day of seminars and networking. Large enough that nine women staying together didn’t get on each others nerves!

Family Wedding Trip

The house was perfect for a large group. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and everyone enjoyed their time! The host was very quick to respond when our entry code didn’t work right away. The neighborhood was quiet and we had no issues while there. Would definitely recommend or stay here again.

Seven Vietnam Dustoff/ combat rescue helicopter crew members taking the Heartland Honor Flight to Washington to receive tha Congressional Gold Medal. The nation’s highest, oldest and rarest award for service. All of us in our seventies.

Excellent for large groups

Fit 6 adults and 2 kids easily and had loads of fun stuff for the kids. Very nice neighborhood as well, would definitely stay here again!

Couples Trip to KC

We had a great stay in Overland Park. This VRBO met all of our needs and was perfect for 4 couples. I picked this spot because of location - we were visiting family spread across Johnson County and this was central to our needs. It is in the suburbs and about 20-25 minutes south of downtown KC. The master bedroom is off the main floor with an amazing Massage Chair. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom and a downstairs basement bedroom with 2 Queen beds and an attached bath. There is also another unenclosed queen bed downstairs. You could easily sleep 6 adults and 6 kids (sharing beds) in the basement, where there are ping pong and fuseball. I recommend this spot and would stay here again.

Mini Family Reunion

We stayed here while in town for a wedding reception. There were 10 of us, including 3 children under the age of 5 and this house had plenty of room for all of us. Here are some things we liked: ~ Quiet neighborhood with a park within walking distance for kids to burn off extra energy ~ Configuration of bedrooms and bathrooms is perfect for large groups or multi-families ~ Child gates at the top and bottom of stairs leading to second floor ~ Two travel cribs (Pack-n-Play) along with a mattress ~ High chair and "Bumbo" chair ~ Bath items for babies ~ Games/toys for older children and adults ~ Comfortable beds and pillows with plenty of sheets/towels for all ~ Keurig, 4-cup coffee maker, and electric kettle in kitchen ~ Plenty of dishes for large groups ~ Located close to shopping areas...grocery stores as well as Costco While the kitchen contains coffee, some spices, cooking spray, etc, we did not find any foil, plastic wrap, or reclosable bags. The only negative part of our stay was the washer. We were hoping to do laundry and started a load, only to find out the machine wasn't working. We contacted the owner who said the workman was coming the following week. Although a heads-up about it would have been nice, Jeff offered to do a couple of loads for us or credit our account for laundromat use. We chose the credit. Overall, we had a great stay at this Overland Park house and would definitely stay here again! For large groups, this house is perfect!

Golf week in Kansas!

Very roomy and well stocked with dishes, & cooking utensils! Air conditioning worked well and bathrooms were clean! We thought there was an outside grill but never found it???
