Hi, thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. Being born to Chinese parents in Germany, I grew up bilingual with an appreciation for both, Asian and Western values. This studio is located inside a guesthouse, which was designed for short term lodging when built. You have your private entrance, living space, bathroom and kitchen. In addition, there is a mini-split AC unit in place for accurate and independent temperature control. You will be provided with everything you might need for extended stays i.e. Wi-Fi, streaming services, work desk, iron + board, first aid kit, and various kitchen appliances and utensils. The patio and yard are regularly maintained and are a great spot to unwind after a long day of work. Not only is this studio centrally located, it's also very close to a highway entrance, making it very efficient when moving around town.
