The house was super clean, had high-end amenities, games for all ages, well-decorated & furnished, extra goodies for snacks. A very nice place to come back to after our college activities. And loved the swing out front!

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Ai's (Michelle) house. The location is perfect for visiting Burlington. The house is so clean and tidy, very spacious, lovely decorated, everything labeled and comfortable beds. We really appreciated the extra care that Ai takes in making guests comfortable...basket of goodies, great coffee station, extras like toothbrushes and razors if you forgot, high quality paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo and lotions plus half and half and water in the refrigerator when we arrived. We have stayed in many homes and this is one of the best we have visited. Thank you Ai for making us feel welcome and so comfortable.

We loved the location and the house was comfortable in the very hot days we were there. It was perfect size for our group of 6 adults! It was clean and had nice amenities. I would definitely stay there again!

Burlington bound

Very clean house. Hot water tank not sufficient 3 adults taking an average length shower. Forth per had to wait for the water to heat up again. Need Recycle bin inside. Also, the clothing rods in the bedrooms, need to be secured and just not laid on the hooks.. upstairs bedrooms could use a refresh. Carpet looks very tired not sure about when it was clean last.

Winter Ski Trip

This may be my all-time favorite property in regards to what is provided. Comfortable, quiet, and spacious. Ai goes above and beyond! I give my highest recommendation.

UVM move in

We had a wonderful stay. It was incredibly easy because everything was provided. We didn’t even need to bring shampoo or conditioner or a hairdryer or coffee pods. I would highly recommend it and absolutely stay here again.

Cozy with close proximity to Lake Champlain & downtown

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Ai’s house. In all honesty, I think she’s underselling her rental house on Vrbo. I saw that because I think there are more features that she should have boasted about in the listing, like the quiet, relaxing neighborhood, the size of the rooms (one is especially huge), the walk-in closets, and the property’s proximity to downtown Burlington and lake Champlain. Though we couldn’t afford a house in downtown, we soon realized that we made the right choice renting this house, as the 10-min drive is not that bad and the cost of parking does not justify renting downtown for 3 times as much, in my opinion. Another positive aspect is the approachability of Ai, the host. She made sure she’s always in open communication and was quite fast in responding to my messages—not that I needed anything during my stay. Bottom-line: more pictures will do this house more justice. We also appreciated the complementary snacks, toiletries, and the little one appreciated the candy haha. We’d definitely recommend this host/property.

Amazingly well stocked house

This house is great. Quiet neighborhood. Good value. Very clean. Well stocked in every way, even coffee and tea. Very comfortable beds. Good air conditioning. Welcome basket in front room. Candy bowl in kitchen. Large backyard. Puzzles and games. Living area plus a family room with cool rainbow lights. Fun signs in two full bathrooms. Lamps by the beds with places to plug in your phones. Nice decor but not overdone plus kid friendly. Plenty of hangers. Good explanation on how to use the lock box. Downtown is a ten minute drive. Airport is five minutes. Grocery store in walking distance. Two big TV’s. Turn on the fans and you can’t hear anything outside. Great house, and we will use it again!

Great spot!

This was an excellent property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our family shared the house with some friends and our three kids and everyone liked the spot. Check-in was easy and there was a lovely welcome basket waiting for us. There is a great media room with lots of games that the kids enjoyed and we were very comfortable both in the living spaces and the bedrooms. The location was in a nice neighborhood and also very convenient with a grocery store about one minute away. Would highly recommend!

Well-equipped, comfortable family home

We were a group of 5 adults and one 4-year old, spent 5 nights at this property. A lovely welcome basked greeted us on arrival and we found all the essentials available to make our stay comfortable. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable, as were the bathrooms. While the stairs to the 3 upstairs bathroom are rather steep, they are carpeted and easy to use. The location is good for visiting the Burlington area and one can easily walk to several nearby shops.

Beautiful house in Burlington

We stayed for a long weekend to view the solar eclipse. The house is immaculate—the cleanest and best-equipped vacation rental I have ever stayed in. The host was communicative and everything went smoothly. I’d recommend this place to anyone staying in Burlington!

This was the perfect property for our family. The playroom is a huge plus when traveling with young kids, and the host was extremely quick to respond to any of our questions. Overall everything about this property was convenient! We would definitely stay there again!

Great House!

The house was sparkling clean and plenty of room for 7 people. Our host maintained communication throughout our stay and even had a basket of goodies waiting for when we arrived! Great choice if you are going to be in the Burlington area!

Great Spot!

Great place in South Burlington. Many convenient locations/stores near by. Quick drive into downtown Burlington. Easy check in/check out. Great spot to lounge and grill on the deck. I would definitely book this in the future.

We had a Great stay !! Host was very accommodating, supplied everything. Got a wonderful goody basket with lots a snacks and necessities. Shampoo s, lotion...in bathrooms and other extras . Coffee k cups, creamer, water...other little thing. Host was very generous. Towels, sheet and more. Very comfortable, big large TVs. Location Close to Shopping and restaurant s. Plenty parking. But my favorite.....Very Very Clean!! Squeaky Clean. Overall , it was a Wonderful Stay !!!

Great weekend getaway

The property is even nicer than the listing! The rooms are all very spacious. Great playroom for kids and families with lots of books, toys and games. Everything was clean in the home. The owner provided all sorts of amenities and toiletries. We were pleasantly surprised by the coffee bar stocked full of various K cups and creamers. Checking in and out was seamless, and the owner was easily accessible by message. We can’t wait to rebook another stay here next time we visit Burlington!
