New Spacious townhome less than a mile from Bear Lake and close to local restaurants and attractions.

Sleeps 10 guests - Ready for Couple getaways, Family Reunions, group trips.

This home away from home is stocked with all the necessities to prepare meals, play and make memories in comfortable and inviting setting.

Make some popcorn and cuddle up with the kiddos or your special someone for a movie night. Feeling like some quiet alone time? Remedy that with your favorite show.

A short 5 min drive and you are at the lake. Bring your water toys and boats in the summer and enjoy a nice day at the lake. When you get back stop and grab a pizza or a burger and then relax for the night. You can also take advantage of the many trails and bike paths in town to get out and about.

In the winter make sure to pack plenty of hot chocolate to sip on while you watch your favorite show or play games with the kiddos at the table.

With so much to do in Garden City and at the lake you'll want to book your next trip before you even leave. You will keep coming back for more and more fun.

There is some construction in this new development, however the noise is not noticeable inside the home.

Lots of room for a big family

We had all of our “adult” children and one still under 10 stay here with us for a special family occasion and it was perfect. There was plenty of space and beds for everyone. Having 3 full bathrooms meant no fighting or waiting for bathroom time. It was clean and welcoming. Location was perfect. First thing we did was walk down to Le Beau’s for a shake! Thank you!

Great Family Vacation

Pros: The condo was great. Our children and grandchildren loved the reunion. Location was great. The host was super responsive. We really appreciated his prompt, helpful replies. He was very considerate. We felt the condo was quiet, fairly new, and had good use of space. Cons: Parking and driveways were a little tight but doable. There were several boats there, but the cars and boats all seemed to fit just fine.

Great place! Great host!

The property was great! Plenty of space for everyone! Everyone loved the beds and the kitchen was very well equipped! The host was great, always responding and he went out of his way to provide what we needed. Everyone in the family wants to stay again when we go to Bear Lake next year!

Beautiful, Clean and close to downtown

Great rental with plenty of space. Benson is quick to respond and very nice. Property is brand new and close to downtown. We walked every night to get shakes and to shop. Plenty of parking for a boat or other toys. Highly recommended!

Super clean, comfortable, and convenient to enjoying Bear Lake

The townhome was great and seemed brand new and super clean. Beds and couches were comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed, and the location in Garden City was great. Our 5-year-old loved the little toy room under the stairs and the sand toys for the beach. Our older kids enjoyed the big TVs. Great place!

Convenient location, clean property

Easy check-in, great communication with Benson. Easy walk to restaurants, quick drive to lake. New property so no left behind condiments (like salt, pepper, sugar, etc.) but kitchen stocked well with dishes for eating and cooking. Kids loved extra soft blankets in the bedrooms. We would stay here again.
