Another excellent if brief escape to Tusquittee Creek. The location can't be beat. The screened porch coupled with the proximity to the creek is unparalleled for relaxation!

Amazing space and location. Clean, as described and communication was excellent. The creek was great for the dogs and the porch was so relaxing. Great place for some relaxation.

This was a great house in a super quiet area. You could hear the stream from the porch which was a plus for us. The dogs loved the fenced area and so did we. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

This charming creek side cabin was the perfect place for us. Super pet friendly, including a fenced dog yard and screened front porch. Best of all, you can hear the bubbling creek right outside your door. With a firepit and grill, we had access to great outside living while we were there. The cabin was super clean, and Sandy (our host) provided great instructions for how to use everything. The kitchen has everything you need, and overall, the cabin is just so thoughtfully put together. Located just a few miles outside of Hayesville and a pretty 30-minute drive to Murphy. We also visited Chatuge Dam on Sandy's recommendation and thoroughly enjoyed it. We would definitely visit again.

We stayed here two years ago, and loved the property but didn’t think much of the WiFi and internet. This year was 100% better. The internet/wifi is very good and the addition of Hulu adds to the experience. We’ve stayed at a lot of properties over the years and this property is one of the best. Our little dog loved the fenced in yard.

Another great stay at the Creek even though the weather did not always cooperate. Luckily I like rainy days in the mountains and it was much needed.

Need more Cooking pans.Mirrors in bathroom are too low.We would book again and we will recommend it!

Julia, thanks for your feedback. Due to the lighting fixtures it’s difficult to move the mirrors. I do have extra mirrors in the bathroom by the kitchen. I have had to throw out some of the pans due to damage or “missing “. I will add to my stock. I’m happy you enjoyed your stay. Hope to see you again. Sandy

The host is very responsive. The house is very clean, cozy, and has everything you need for a short or long stay. We built a camp fire by the creek with the firewood and kindling provided. It is in a very quiet area about 8 minutes from downtown Hayesville. There are plenty of places to eat and everyone in town is very friendly. We ate at Angelo’s, The Copper Door, Firefly Cafe, Hayesville Grill, and Mariolino’s. All were good. We took the dogs to the Jackrabbit Trail twice at Lake Chatuge. It’s a nice hike. Go to the boat ramp trailhead with dogs. The main trailhead has a lot of bikers and it’s not safe for the dogs. Check in was simple. If you have AT&T, screenshot the page with the door code because you won’t have any cell service when you get there. Cell service picks up about halfway to town. Internet and TV at the house are great. My wife loved it, so we’ll probably be going back.

Great relaxing location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The screened in porch with sounds of creek were wonderful. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and dog enclosure a plus! Sandy is great host. Hope to stay again!

Slice of Heaven

Great floor plan, very clean, simple instructions, great for my dogs, right on a Mtn stream, slept like a baby, will definitely be reserving again.
