ルーフトップデッキに新しいホットタブが追加されました!!! 私たちの真新しいオーシャンフロントのレンタルには6つのベッドルームがあり、18-20歳まで眠ることができます。全体に堅木張りの床、花崗岩のトップ、高級家電。 3レベルのデッキとプライベートオーシャンサンライズとベイサンセットで息をのむビーチへと続くプライベートデューンウォーク。また、地下ガレージの新しいゲームルームとデッキのガス火穴も含まれています。

私たちは、ミニチュアゴルフ、図書館、そして子供、店舗、レストランの素晴らしい湾岸公園まで歩いてすぐです。

Great family stay

Our family’s first stay in Lbi and i wouldn’t change a thing. the set up was perfect for my parents, sister and in laws. With our two toddler boys and one year old, having direct access to the beach was key. The owner was very easy to get in touch with and super helpful.

Summer vacation

We had a wonderful vacation staying here with friends. Our kids loved being able to run right out to the beach and the house had everything we needed. The location is perfect for young families to explore Surf City. We will be back.

Perfect Location

The location is perfect - right on the beach, near shops and restaurants. This was the first time renting for me. The process was easy. The owner is very quick to answer any questions. A great experience overall.

Spacious and stunning home.

Communication with property owner was stellar. Quick and pleasant assistance with pre arrival questions and during visit. The home is spacious, modern and stunning. View of the ocean is breathtaking. We had a 50th birthday party. There was plenty of space for our large group. The kitchen is well stock with high quality items. I felt like I was at home. This is a lovely home with great owners. No disappointments. 100% satisfied with my experience.

Good Times at the Shore

Excellent beach house for family- everything we needed could be easily found and available. High end amenities were great. Children and adults had their own rooms. Boys were away from the family enjoying their video games on the large TV. Loved private walkway to beach and closeness allowed family to go home for lunch and back to beach without problem. First time with hot tub and it made a hit! Location was perfect for walking to get AM coffee, bagels and donuts! All our favorite take-out restaurants ( and a few new ones) nearby. Next door was one of the stars from the show Stranger Things and my grand-daughter was thrilled to get a selfie with him! We have rented about 7 different houses, but family thought this was the best. As we said, we are booked for a cruise next summer. We do not yet know the state of affairs with that, but if we do not cruise, we would certainly get in touch with you for next summer to see if the house is available. Thank you a very enjoyable family vacation. We had not been together since Christmas and this was the perfect way to spend time together.

Heaven on Earth on LBI

Rented for a group of women for a retreat by the sea. This beautiful home on the beach was the perfect location. The view is amazing. The home is amazing. It's comfortable and decorated and furnished with care. Equipped with everything we needed and more. The owners, Bob and Terry, are a pleasure to deal with and none of us wanted to leave this wonderful space. Needless to say, I'm booked for next year!

Review for rental 286053 in Surf City - great beach house!

Our family with children and young grandchildren recently enjoyed a week at this fantastic beach house. This new house, with living areas and bedrooms on two floors, was beautiful and very functional. The layout made it easy for all the kids and grandkids to have their own space and spread out. The kitchen area is very open and well equipped. There are beautiful ocean views from the dining area and family room. The very ample decks provided additional living and eating space and the top deck has incredible ocean and sunset views. The top deck was the only area somewhat lacking in seating to enjoy the views. The walkway to the beach makes it easy for the kids to walk back and forth and the beach in this area is very wide. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this beautiful, spacious house and look forward to a return visit.

Can't wait to go back!

We just returned home from a fabulous week in Surf City. This house is brand new, absolutely beautifully furnished and well equipped with everything you need. We plan on returning next year!
