何故なの？ 家族の再会やロングビーチ島で一緒に滞在する複数の家族に最適な家です。 テイラーアベニューにあるこのビーチハウスは、ビーチヘイブンの中心部にあります。ビーチから1方向に10棟、ベイビレッジにファンタジーアイランドアミューズメントパークとサンダリングサーフウォーターパークがあり、車を停めて歩くことができますどこにでも！

何故なの？ 7ベッドルームと6バスルームで22人を眠ることができます。 しかし、本当の楽しみは、プール、ホットタブ、複数レベルの屋外デッキ、2つの大聖堂の天井のリビングルーム、広いダイニングエリア、グルメキッチンを含むオープンリビングエリアです。 2015年に購入された所有者は、すべてを最新のものにするために改修と努力を重ねてきました。

何故なの？ メインフロアに3つのベッドルームと2階に4つのベッドルームがあります。 1階には、キングベッド1台、クイーンベッド1台、フルベッド1台、ツインベッド1台があります。 2階には、キング1台、クイーン1台、フルベッド2台、寝台2台、寝台2台があります。 1階に3つのフルバスルーム、2階に3つのフルバスルームがあり、マスタースイートには大きなジャグジー浴槽があります。

プールとホットタブに加えて、屋外にはガスグリル、広い食事エリア、屋外卓球台/プールテーブル、屋外シャワー、大きな小屋、自転車、ビーチ用品があります。

Fantastic house (and location). It was ideally situated for two families of four with kids ranging from 1-6 with plenty of room to spare for some friends that popped in for a day or two. While you are only a block from the beach, the pool was a welcome alternative for days when the surf was a little too rough. There is a room with two bunk beds with trundles that our kids loved for “sleepovers”. The house boasts an excellent kitchen, grill and hot tub. While we cooked almost every night, you are very centrally located in walking or biking distance to several nice restaurants. The owners are great as well, excellent communication.

This home was perfect for our family summer vacation. We rent every year and we all agree that this was by far the best house yet! Spacious and well appointed! Pool was fantastic and steps from the beach. Walkable to all!

Perfect location to walk to shops and restaurants. Close to beach and the bay. The owners have lots of supplies available to use.

Amazing Beach Haven accommodations

This was the perfect house for our vacation! 16 of us stayed and there was still extra space for everyone. Beautiful layout of the home with comfortable furniture. Huge patio with pool and hot tub and tons of amenities for entertainment— beach equipment, outdoor and indoor games. We had everything we needed including responsive and caring owners! 2 minute walk to the beach, 3 minute walk to coffee, food, drink and entertainment. There was fun in every direction! Would love to stay again!

Great extended family vacation!

The house was big enough for the 13 of us to be happy. It was an easy walk to the beach and the there was a wagon and lots of beach toys for us to use. There was a lack of communication about the use of linens (they are not included and we were supposed to rent or bring them). The manager fixed the problem by allowing us to use the owner’s linens. The manager was quick to respond to our questions and easy to work with. We would stay here again!

Amazing Stay in LBI

Thank you Aimee and Michael for a wonderful week with our family! The location to town, as well as the beach could not be better! The space inside was perfect for our family gatherings and the pool area was a big hit! Open and spacious, this house was exactly what we needed! Lovely LBI Home

Michael and Aimee's house is a must stay spot in LBI! We had the best time and the location was perfect! We spent our mornings on the beach, afternoons at the pool, and evenings in the hot tub. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, including a plethora of beach items and pool floaties! The kids also loved all the books, toys and games! We'll definitely be renting this house again because...why not!

Beautiful home with a perfect location

The house is beautifully decorated and well equipped The heated pool was a fun place for all ages. There is an outdoor tv and many pool toys . The location can not be beat . Walking distance to restaurants, bars ,and shops . This is our second time in this house and probably won’t be our last .

Better Than Advertised.....would stay there again and again!

The home is amazing. The owners are very responsive. Location is fantastic one block to beach one block to shopping and restaurant’s. Never used the car once. In fact the heated pool, hot tub and deck were so great I only went to the beach one time. The owners have provided EVERYTHING in the way of beach and bay fun. Paddle board, surf boards, tubs, 14 beach chairs, umbrellas, fishing pools, you name it and I bet it’s there. The same goes for the kitchen....they have it! The beds and bedrooms were comfortable and many of the bathrooms were over the top! Aimee and Mike Thank You. Our 50th Anniversary Celebration was amazing!

We want to come back every year!

Everything about "Why Not" was perfection. This is our 5th year renting in May/June, and the 4th house we tried and I think we found it! The house was exactly as listed, and even better. It is the perfect beach house, open and airy and exactly what we wanted. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. I can say only good things about the house and our renting experience! Thank you!!!

Perfect house!

This house was perfect for our three families. The home was decorated impeccably with such attention to detail and comfort at every turn. There were plenty of bedrooms with a variety of bedding configurations to accommodate each of our families sleeping needs. The kitchen was well organized and had all the things you could possibly need to cook and grill at home. The pool was perfect and just what our kids needed after being at the beach all day. Aimee and Michael, the owners, were responsive throughout our stay and very helpful! We hope to rent this home again next summer as we all agreed it checked off all the boxes for a perfect family beach getaway!

Phenomenal house and location!

This beautiful home was a perfect spot for our family to spend time for our annual week together. The description in the listing matches perfectly with what we found when we arrived. The house is generously well stocked with household supplies and kitchenware. The pool was a big hit with the children and adults. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all beautifully appointed. There was plenty of room for the children to play and adults to socialize. We cooked all our meals so having two refrigerators and freezers was beneficial as well as the ice maker. We plan to book the house again.

What a beautiful home and a well cared for property. I would rent again! The pool was so nice, we didn’t go to the beach as often as we expected. And wired for sound is so nice. And fully stocked- other than renting towels and sheets, anything I could ask for was there.

Beautiful home, steps from the beach, amusements, restaurants and shops

We live in Rumson, NJ with our 3 children. We love to travel but haven't gone anywhere else since we started renting in Long Beach Island 6 years ago. We've rented throughout the Island and fell in love with Beach Haven. We love to entertain and Why Not? is the perfect house!

We have rented on LBI for many years and our family has fallen in love with the area. With 3 children, Why Not? is in the perfect area. We can park our cars and walk or bike everywhere. We love the proximity to the beach but we can also take a walk to Bay Village and the amusements. We also love to bring other families with us, so we like having a big house with lots of beds.

This house sleeps 21 and is across the street from all of the activities in Beach Haven. You can't beat that for a reunion or large gathering.
