The apartment is located at 1036 Ocean Drive, within the Congress Hotel (also known as The Strand). Guests enjoy access to the rooftop pool, located just a few steps away at the main building (1052 Ocean Drive).

PARKING
For convenient parking, we recommend apps such as ParkWhiz or SpotHero to compare nearby options. You can also explore facilities via [parking dot com]. Valet parking may be available at the hotel front desk during registration for approximately $50/day.

LUGGAGE STORAGE

▶ Essentials Provided – Towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper are supplied at check-in. Replenishments are not provided during your stay, so please plan accordingly.
▶ Unregistered Guests – Only registered guests are permitted. Hosting unregistered guests will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
▶ Minimum Age – All guests must be 18 years or older.
▶ Parties & Noise – Parties are not allowed. Excessive noise or loud music after 9:00 PM may result in removal from the property without refund.
▶ No Smoking – Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Evidence of smoking will incur a $250 fee and termination of your stay without refund.
▶ Check-In/Check-Out – Check-in is from 4:00 PM onward; check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a $100 per hour fee after 11:00 AM.

Perfect location right in the heart of South Beach. Very easy check in process. Our host was great at responding to any questions we had. Some of our neighbors were complaining about noise from the club next door, but we did not experience that at all.

Pictures don’t show the reality… this place is not for a family vacation, specially if you have kids

Well, first thing, they charged me extra 25 dlls (cash) for “early check in” . My hostess told me they shouldn’t to charged me for that, and she said go ask for your money back. They never did it, they just gave excuses. It’s not the 25 dollars , it is the actions, the service, looks like they are taking advantage of the people. Just saying! The reality , it is not an aparment, it is a small studio, they have everything, but it’s only for 2 people max. The pool is super small, they only have a good view, but everything it’s small. The pictures don’t show how the apparment looks. The elevator never work , the one to get to the pool (6th floor)

Perfect location

Location, location, location!! Right in the middle of the strand, this location is perfect. We were able to walk everywhere with ease. Although it’s right next door to the Palace, we rarely heard much noise. We didn’t care for the rain shower/tub with the shower curtains. But we made it work. Also, a small dresser would have been nice to put our clothes in, but again we made it work. Check in and out was easy. Emails immediately answered. We’ll definitely be back!!

Great communication with the property owner and hotel staff. Sent text to owner of property and they replied with in a half hour. They did everything they could with making sure everything was fine and sent help if needed.

Honest review, pretty good, read my details

It’s hard to give a review on this one. We knew it was going to be small, we knew it was going to be in the heart of South Beach next to a loud nightclub, and reading reviews AFTER we booked was not smart, because it gave me a feeling of dread. Sooooo many negative reviews, however, in the end, it was an OK place to stay. We used earplugs and our white noise machine which helped with the loud music late into the night. We actually slept surprisingly well. The apartment was clean and smelled good (that was a biggie to me!), and we had all the amenities we needed. The photos they posted on the VRBO site were definitely taken with a wide angled lens- it’s a small place and I could never see four people staying there. One thing that was missing that would’ve helped would’ve been a small dresser with drawers (I suggest under the TV in the kitchen) because we had to use the sofa to put our suitcases on. Besides hanging some things in the closet, the rest had to stay in our suitcases for the week. The other thing that would’ve helped would’ve been some more hooks/knobs on the walls to hang towels. We knew that our patio doors looked right at the building next to us, and that there really was no balcony that you could sit on. We really missed that. But the rooftop pool next-door was awesome! We used it almost every day, and were surprised at how few people were up there. We always got a lounge chair, and there were only seven of them. The TV in the bedroom had three remote controls,
