This is a quiet neighborhood directly on the ocean, very close to great restaurants, shopping, parks, a large supermarket, night clubs etc.

This apartment doesn't offer any view to speak of, but the views and lifestyle are spectacular as soon as you walk out the door!

Only 2 blocks to world famous Ocean Drive Deco District restaurants and tourism spots. Also great shopping like Armani Exchange, Zara etc.

15 minute ride to Wynwood, Downtown Miami, the new Perez Art Museum, Miami Heat Arena, and the Design District.

The great thing about this apartment is its location, everything is easily accessible. It’s clean although small but we don’t spend a lot of time there. This was our 3rd stay and there were some communication issues with a change in access to the main door of the property but once that was straightened out all went well.

South Miami Birthday Trip

We had a great short vacation. The condo was walking distance to shopping and dining. Infront of the bach! Yed was very helpful and we eill stay there again

Gem of a stay..... very good location to everything. All as expected and advertised. Close to the main door so not always quiet ... but if you have the air running you don't notice Would def stay again

Pictures were awesome but in reality it’s a small studio (i call it broom closet) with one window looking into garage (didn’t mentioned that) old furniture, kitchen with different cabinets ,rusty toaster and shower head, bathroom so small when you sit on toilet you can reach wall with forehead. There is weird looking bed in wallwith cracked bottom almost falling down with enormous dust behind. Room need a fresh paint if you ask me. One wine glass , one roll of toilet paper . Host very attentive but forgot to mention about piano lessons behind the wall and ongoing pool construction…everything for 300 per night. I’m not here to tell someone how to do business but this is far from hospitality and i should be more careful when booking vacation

Fantastic Location!

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this location and we would definitely stay again! Ted is very responsive and gives a lot of great tips for restaurants and spots to see. The apartment is spotless and situated perfectly for everything! There’s a nice pool area, you’re steps from the beach and all the action on ocean drive yet far enough to be quiet at night. The trolleys make it easy to get around. The South Beach area really has everything you could imagine for a great trip and this apartment is a perfect home base!

Wonderful stay in SoFi

Staying South of Fifth at the beach is the best! And our apartment was just the jumping off spot we’d been looking for — with the pool, long-stretch of beach and top restaurants all just steps away. The location is perfect and the apartment just right for the two of us. Manager Ted left us a guide of what’s “hot” on the beach which was very helpful — a great two week break for us!

All as advertised...

Ted was awesome with communications.My first time visiting Miami so a lot to learn lol.Location of the property was perfect for whatever you want to do as everything seemed within walking distance.Beach was a short walk through the property and "boom" you were on it.Extraordinarily quiet in the room which is always a huge plus for me.

Perfect location

We loved our stay! You’re so close to all the restaurants and activities but far enough away to escape to a quiet place to sleep. We walked everywhere - steps from the beach, the park, bike rentals, great food and nightlife. There are also several markets within walking distance to pick up any supplies you need. The apartment is spotless, there’s a nice pool and Ted was very helpful with suggestions and responsive to any questions. We’ll come back!

2 Night Get Away

This place was great, only my second time ever using VRBO and it was excellent. The location was perfect for beach lovers and night life lovers alike. Found a great cafe a half block away for breakfast. The walk to the beach was less than a minute. The unit was clean (small, it's an older building) and perfect as a place to hang your hat and sleep for a couple of nights. Ted the owner was awesome, answered questions immediately on the VRBO no matter what time or what day. We hope to rent the same unit agian next year. Thanks Ted!

Just a note on the size, the apartments and hotel rooms in South Beach tend to run smaller than other cities, maybe because people can spend a lot of time outside all year. This one is actually twice the size of all the other studios in our building! Hope we do see you again the future, you were the perfect guest as well

Great Location

My husband, teenage son, and I just spent 5 days and really did it all. Art Deco Cocktail Tour, Double Decker Bus, Boat Tour, Dinner in Little Havana, Lunch at Versace Mansion(formerly), Lincoln Mall, Fountainbleu, Beach, daily bike rides, and of course shopping. The location of this condo was perfect. We utilized the beach chairs and umbrella twice, really needed that to make our beach time more enjoyable. Would recommend this locale to those who like to be near the action, but have a quieter place to retreat to each night. (January)

Broken window, cold shower, loud

We’re regulars to apartment rentals and this was the worst and only I’ve rated negatively. To name a few red flags: Dirty fingerprints and surfaces, broken glass panes on the windows, cold shower, and very loud due to the location in the building. This unit appears to have been the former managers office kind of location just off the main entrance/front door to the building and also next to the tiled stairs all folks who enter the building must pass by. If I could submit pictures I would!

Ocean Drive Convenience, Tight Quarters

This is a great location with beach access and the complimentary chairs for two, is a great perk! The unit is clean, but the online photos are dated and don't quite match up. The bed, though a Queen, was comfortable. It's a very compact 300 sq ft, ideal for two, IMO, not four. Some areas could use a deeper clean, and the Murphy bed shelf seems unstable. The single closet is shared with cleaning supplies, beach gear, & coolers (also a bonus), not having a space for wet beachwear is inconvenient.The AC was set to sleep mode, causing temperature issues (night was hot & day was an igloo), (instructions on site would be helpful). Blackout curtains are needed due to the brightly lit parking garage view. (Side note…this is the only view from in the apt).In summary, the location is the best feature. If you're okay with a very small space and dated conditions, it could work. Manage expectations based on the size and photos that make it seem larger than it is.

I'm a total music fanatic, eclectic taste ranging from Dire Straits to Killing Joke, lately some Florence and the Machine, M83 and other "underground mainstream" (if there is such a thing)

Like to play drums and design sounds when I can, mostly Industrial and psychic/atmospheric

Reading Stoic philosopher Seneca lately (you should check him out!)
Love watching a good foreign film (even a mediocre foreign film for that matter, over a domestic one).
Favorites include "Kontrol" (Hungary), "Dogs Will" (Brazil) "City of Men" and "City of God" (definitely Brazil) "Bibliotheque Pascal" (Hungary)(I'm beginning to notice a pattern here)

When I get my own act together enough I want to operate an orphanage in an appropriate third world city to give some kids a chance at a nice life.

Trying my best to live spiritually while keeping one foot in the material world.

Restore motorcycles for fun and ride a Ducati Monster pretty much every day.

Novice videographer with large aspirations, barriers to entry just disintegrated!
Not in it for the money, so I can't go wrong.

I enjoy visiting the Caribbean and South America to keep things in perspective. Helps one realize how much we have while also reminding how little it takes for people to be happy.

Comfortable, clean apartment with everything you need, in the best part of South Beach!
You'll wake up to the sunrise on the beach, directly out your back door, have breakfast at one of the many fantastic restaurants right on the street, and chill out on your free beach lounges under the umbrella watching the waves and water sports. After you can hit Monty's a few blocks away for a Key West style sunset happy hour with some great seafood or a burger.
Take a stroll along the world famous Art Deco District two blocks away and take in the colorful historic hotels with their bars, restaurants and shops.
Back at the building, you can lounge at the pool for a while, then take a nap to prepare for the fantastic nightlife right outside, Like Nikki Beach and story.
Or a more relaxing dinner on Ocean Dr, Espanola way or Lincoln Rd.
