This 300m2 Villa Presidente affords picturesque views of the sea and boasts alfresco dining, where you and your friends can enjoy a breakfast or a dinner with Budva seascape as your backdrop. It has an elegant four bedrooms adorned with modern furniture and a flat-screen TV for indoor entertainment. Four bathroom and each is attached to it's bedroom, and the fifth bathroom is near the living room. Modern bathrooms with walk-in showers that delights guests. Additionally, this rental has a modern kitchen with upscale appliances and cookware. Relax and enjoy in villa's chic living room with library. Villa features a terrace and a pool with a table setting perfect for watching the sunset while sipping a glass of wine. Sunbeds provided for the days when you decide to stay and enjoy in all adventages of our pool. The big advantage of this villa is additional 100m2 apartment in the same facility, where the staff can be accomodated. So villa can accomodate more than 11 guests. Stay with us!
