This cozy one-bedroom one-bath, full kitchen, living room, dining area, and a large shaded balcony condo on the first floor is in a friendly quiet, gated, and secure community. The property is well-maintained and gated. A great place to come home to and relax. Guests can enjoy amenities such as the community pool (right in front of the condo) and gym which is close to the unit. The condo has now been fully updated with beautiful laminate flooring throughout, adding a modern and refreshed feel to the space. Nestled in a quiet, secure gated community, this well-maintained property offers the perfect setting for relaxation.

**IMPORTANT**
Our HOA requires a copy of your ID and signed contract within 48 hours of booking. By proceeding to book, you agree to this and to the house rules below:

- Please be mindful of the 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM quiet time.

- Charcoal and gas grills are strictly prohibited on the patio by the HOA. However, there is plenty of bbq grill by the pool.

- You may not hang anything on the patio per the HOA rule.

- All visitors MUST have prior approval from us the host. Visitors are NOT allowed to stay overnight in the condo.

- Under any circumstances, you must NOT cover, reposition, or tampered with the ring doorbell and patio cameras.

FAILURE TO ABIDE BY ANY OF THE RULES ABOVE IS SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION OF YOUR RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND.

This condo was so bad that within the first few minutes, we were on the phone with VRBO, looking for a place to stay.The pictures of this VRBO were nothing like the actual unit. Plus the smell… no wonder they had an air purifier running. I didn’t stay here, because VRBO helped find me a new condo to stay in.

We immediately offered to address and resolve the issues you raised; however, you elected to cancel your reservation before allowing us the opportunity to correct them. As a gesture of goodwill and customer service, we waived the applicable cancellation fee. We take all guest concerns seriously and strive to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. After your departure, the matters you reported were promptly investigated and addressed. Unfortunately, because the reservation was canceled shortly after check-in, we were not given the opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to making things right during your stay. We value guest feedback and continuously work to maintain the high standards our guests expect. We appreciate your comments and wish you the very best in your future travels.

Excellent Host

We took an extended stay at Earl's place and it was wonderful! Earl was prompt, kind, and efficient with all communication. The place was very clean, like everything was new! It also has a beautiful view of the pool and pool deck. We are seriously considering doing this trip again next year : )

Three Month Stay

This property was a fantastic place to stay for three months. Located in a nice quiet and peaceful community, it is located centrally near anything you could need. The condo was well-kept and clean, and is a great spot to live for any reason for your stay. Engelie was a great host and was always available to communicate over the phone. I would recommend this property to anyone! Very thankful for my time in this condo and community.
