The screened-in balcony offers stunning views of the canal and dock, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a meal or simply unwind.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bath for your comfort and privacy, while the second guest bedroom is equipped with a full-size and twin bunk bedideal for families or groups. *Fisherman's Retreat* is fully equipped with cable, Wi-Fi, linens, towels, a starter toiletries kit, and a washer and dryer in the unit, so you can focus on enjoying your stay.

- Must be 25 years or older to book and must be present for the entire stay

-Noise Ordinance from 9pm to 9 am (Quite Time)

- Max occupancy reflects the number of guests allowed per city regulations and does not guarantee sleeping accommodations for that numberplease review the bed description carefully (occupancy number included infants and children)

- Please follow all rules and regulations, as we will have to enforce the highest Penalty if any are broken.

- Locations: front yard of the house looking out and the back of th house looking towards the dock.

- You will be emailed a Guest confirmation with our terms and conditions that you will need to e-sign to be able to stay at our home

- Rentals are Saturday to Saturday (7-night minimum)

- Check-in: 4:00 PM on the day of arrival (please note during high season, check-in may be delayed until 5:00 PM)

- Check-out: 10:00 AM on the day of departure

Special Reminder:

Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter set of items, including soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests are responsible for providing additional supplies for the remainder of their stay. Starter items are typically located in the bathrooms, at the kitchen sink, and in the laundry area.

This property is not pet friendly, we kindly ask for you to please follow our guidelines regarding pets if we find that you have brought a pet to our property you will be asked to leave immediate without refund.

By booking this propertywhether directly with us or through a third party siteyou and your party expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions. A deposit or completed booking serves as acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms. After your reservation is confirmed, the Terms and Conditions will be sent to you via an e-sign document, which is required to be completed.
