Great location, extremely clean and well stocked. The dock space is awesome as well with plenty of room for the boat. Quick access to the Atlantic side. We would definitely stay here again.

Large dock. Plenty of space for boats. Would be tight to fit a trailer for a boat any bigger than 25'.

Thank you for your comments. I going to remove my boats to the left side of the front yard so the right side will have more space for a bigger boat trailer.

Came down with our son and friends for a fishing trip. This property was perfect for us! We rented a 31 foot boat that was easily docked in front of the house. Water and electric were available for cleaning the boat and a nice fish cleaning station as well. Kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean. Cold air conditioning. Extra freezer and fridge downstairs was great for ice for fishing and keeping drinks to stock the boat. We're already making plans to return next year!

Great place to stay, great location, just great all around. Place is well stocked. The beds are comfortable. Appliances are all in good working order. We rented a boat for the week and were able to tie up right in the canal and head straight out to the ocean every day. My wife and I traveled with a 13, 15 and two 18 year olds and everyone enjoyed themselves. Inside space is plenty big, Large deck to sit and have breakfast on and a huge outdoor space with tons of places to sit and lounge. We had an absolutlely amazing trip!

The host was wonderful. Checked in with us before and after our trip. The place was perfectly convenient in the middle of the keys. The house was nice and clean. The dock was awesome and back patio area nice and private. There is a great fish filet station. Everything met and exceeded our expectations. We will be back!

Host was very responsive and super polite. Went out of their way to provide an air mattress without request for our son. House is very clean and well stocked with pots and pans and everything you'll need. Outdoor freezer and refridgerator to deep freeze your catch to take back home. Beautiful view, we paddle board out of the canal and the swimming ladder made it super easy! Comfortable beds, nice and modern inside! Plenty of parking for our SUV and truck. Great location as well, in the middle of anywhere you want to go really!
