Beautifully updated lakefront home on Winnipesaukee with southwest exposure and a beautiful gentle sandy waterfront, As you enter this home, you will find an open concept kitchen, dining & living room overlooking the gorgeous views of the lake. The custom gourmet kitchen is well appointed with beautiful honed granite countertops, 2 sinks and plenty of seating at the breakfast bar. As you make your way down the hall you will find a first-floor queen bedroom with sliders to the deck and a gorgeous customized full bathroom. Upstairs you will find a second bedroom with a queen and a Jack & Jill bathroom shared with the bunk room housing 3 bunk beds, 1 twin bed, a crib & TV.

Also upstairs is a fourth bedroom with a queen bed and a separate spacious bathroom with a large shower stall. On the lower level, is a spacious family room with a bar, couches and a large TV with walk-out access to the beautiful lakefront. There is also another room with a futon for additional sleeping quarters.

Perhaps the best part of this beautiful lake property is the waterfront. Enjoy the sandy beach, roast marsh mellows with the family around the firepit and make use of the dock that accommodates (2) boats up to 22 feet in length each. Other amenities include Gas Grill, washer & dryer, Wireless internet & cable TV. Please note: the maximum occupancy at this property is 12 people, including children.

If you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $165 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.
