Perla 153 has an impressive view that overlooks the Marino Las Baulas National Park, especially the Ocean, Estuary and Playa Grande, this park is known for being one of the world’s last spawning grounds of the Leatherback turtles!
The penthouse has a great common area that integrates the kitchen, living room and eating area with an open floor plan surrounded by windows to let in lots of natural light in and allows great views. The TV has digital cable
The balcony has a comfortable table and chairs with cushions which allows you to start your day with a nice cup of coffee, listening to tropical birds and sometimes see monkeys playing on the top of the trees on the neighboring lots as you check the waves on Grande and Tamarindo beaches.
The kitchen is supplied with state-of-the- art appliances, it is well equipped to let you truly relax on your vacations.
The master bedroom has plenty of room, it comes with a king bed, private balcony and an on-suite bathroom with a bathtub, shower, twin sinks and a walk-in closet where you will find the safe. The collapsible windows on the bathtub allow to incorporate it to the bedroom and appreciate the views form the tub.
Each of the other rooms has a queen bed and each have a desk. They share an ocean view balcony with some of the best views. The room on the left has a walk-in closet and its own in-suite bathroom.
