As for insects, Costa Rica is a tropical environment and even with regular pest control and cleaning, occasional bugs can appear, especially if doors or windows are left open. As far as the master bathroom, yes we are actually planning on remodeling during this up-and-coming month of May. We do have support bars in the bathroom and shower which are important and useful.
