Birthday Trio
We requested early check in and received no responses. We had to travel to the far south end of the island to sign a packet with no information even though we created both apps for the information. With Friday traffic this added almost 2 hours to our drive and before we could enter the unit.The shower in the 2nd bathroom did not work. The elevator broke Friday night and a sign was posted saying no repairs until Monday. This was extremely inconvenient as we were on the 2nd floor with a 1 year old in a stroller and an elderly man with mobility issues. We could not use the luggage carts so had to make numerous trips to pack our cars.We requested a late check out and/or an extension for 1 night to our stay and never received communication back until I texted the guest relations number on Friday and was told no for both. A late check in at 4 PM combined with an early check out of 10 AM is horrible for the money we paid.
