Just what we hoped it would be!

Good location, great price, pool and hot tub needed.some help, but who cares about that nobody comes to the island to sit in a hot tub

Convenient

Nice clean place with easy walking to all necessities. Right by road so some traffic noise. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful condo!

We loved staying in this very comfortable and beautifully decorated condo. It was perfect for a couple. We were within an hour drive from anywhere on the island. We loved being within walking distance from many great restaurants— especially Wailua Shave Ice (we went there every day!) we had a wonderful vacation and really enjoyed staying in this beautiful condo!

Don’t want to leave

We love it here, the location is great for visiting the north side of the island one day and the south side the next day. The remodel is nice, much better than neighboring units. We visit Kauai every few years, each time we wish we could stay longer. Aloha.

Wonderful and relaxing

It was wonderful. The pools could of been warmer. Also the jets in the hot tubs need to be fixed.

Our Stay

It was nice overall and centrally located. The beach by the condo was not very swimmable. There are two windows, one in the bedroom and one in the living room that do not have glass covering it sound noises from street and people walking by windows could be heard from inside of the unit. Overall it was clean and a good place to stay.

The location to the ocean is perfect for walking and beach combing, but yes, the ocean isn’t the best for a swim depending on the conditions. There are quite a few beaches in the near proximity that are more suitable for this. We hope to welcome you back to Kauai soon!

Nice Condo

The property itself was very clean and well kept. However, not being able to check in until 4:00 PM wasn't so great since our flight from Portland arrived at 12:30 PM local time. We were scheduled to check out after 10 nights at 10:00 AM on October 23rd. We had to go back to reception to get a new key card as the one provided stopped working on October 22nd. Apparently it was miscoded. In addition, the WiFi was shut off the morning of the 23rd, so that created a few minor issues for us as well. At 9 AM the morning we were leaving, the maid came to the door to clean the unit although we didn't need to leave until 10:00 AM. We like the condo and the location, just didn't like the problems of our last night and check out morning.

Charming seaside condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Of the three places we stayed in Hawaii, this was the largest, cleanest, newest. It's in a condo complex of 16 condos per building (prob about 8-10 buildings total). Each building has their own laundromat, which uses the Wash app instead of coins. The pool was directly behind this condo. Condo appeared newly remodeled, comfy bed, spacious accommodations. The shower did not have a door, was open to the toilet room, but didn't splash much outside the shower. The AC was located in the living room but had an aftermarket little vent set up so it blew directly into the bedroom. Kept it coolish at night but not as cold as we usually keep it at home. The kitchen was adequate for cooking, but bare minimum and you'll miss your nifty little home gadgets. The welcome package was a nice thought, as were the snorkel mask and snorkel. We never walked to the nearby beach, but it didn't appear to be a terribly far walk from what we could see. Long's Drugs was within walking distance. Afternoon traffic jams were a constant just off Aleka Loop.
