The apartment is equipped with air conditioning through shafts (hot and cold) and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. Thus, a stay here is pleasant both in summer and in winter, although the region enjoys a fantastic, Mediterranean climate all year round. It also counts with Wi-Fi.
The urbanization has a nice community pool to relax and unwind with a refreshing swim.
The beach of Arenales del Sol is full of beautiful dunes and pine forests that have a great value for the environment and is a paradise for long walks on the beach, water sports of all kinds and romantic dinners in the "Chiringuitos".
