Private residence facing the promenade of Santa Pola del Este, 5 swimming pools with slide opened whole the year , very close to Varadero beach and other beaches and coves.

A national historic site since 1964, Santa Pola is also of historical interest: castle-fortress, archeology museum, guided tours of the natural park and the salt museum.
The apartment is located 10-15 minutes walk along the pedestrian zone of the lighthouse, a protected area with coves, nature reserve and non-urban beaches.
A 20-minute boat ride to visit Tabarka Island from Santa Pola Port, with daily boats to the scenic ground with crystal clear waters and rich flora and fauna.
Ideal for scuba diving and fishing.
Sailing schools, windsurfing and all kinds of water activities.
Other things to note
A magnificent pedestrian walk leaving the residence and 5 minutes from the apartment for strolling, running, cycling, having a coffee or a meal.

Fantastic Apartment and Location

We had a great week away in Santa Pola and the apartment has everything we needed.Just a short walk to the supermarket or the marina where the restaurants are located.Numerous beaches nearby. Couldn’t have wished for a better week away to escape the British winter

Were welcomed by house agent to access the property. A clean and tidy property. Everything we needed for our short stay was there. Would definitely come back

Nice apartment and place

We had a good time in the apartment. Close to a very nice beach and short walk to the citycenter. A little sad that the shops in the building was not open. Also that the dishwasher was not working. Overall a good place to be

Property is okay but it is a bit outdated for the pricing, although it has all you need for a long stay as I was. The condominium is great, safe, with nice pools. Location is perfect for a relaxing stay. I am not rating this property with 4 stars because a huge setback with communication and care by the manager of the property regarding internet. The internet was okay during the first week, although weak and gone for minutes several times in a day. It was fully gone by the seventh day and besides me communicating the manager about the issue immediately and how important was the internet for my stay, it took 5 days for the manager to get a technician in the house and fix it. I was told by the technician that the order was requested just the day before, so I am disappointed with the behavior of the manager, who blamed the internet company all along.

Wonderful Varadero Beach

First things first the photos of the bathroom are way out of date. There is no bath, just a shower and the toilet does not flush with any vigour. There is a hose that does help. In the kitchen we could not find a kettle anywhere. The plus side, the aircon is the best we have ever encountered. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. A very residential property makes it very quiet and well cared for. The pools are saline and we enjoyed them very much. Location was perfect for us, Varadero beach is beautiful with a little beach bar on the promenade and the little park across the road has a wonderful little bar and very friendly staff.

We hebben 10 dagen in september in dit appartement verbleven . Alles was geweldig! Het appartement was schoon en comfortabel, we zijn een hartelijk ontvangen gehad. Er stonden thee- en koffiefaciliteiten voor ons klaar op tafel en nog een fles water in de koelkast. Het appartement ligt aan de 1-te lijn met zijdelings uitzicht op zee. Het appartement beschikt over voldoende beddengoed, alles is van goede kwaliteit en schoon geweest Er is een parasol en 1 strandstoel. Het strand Varadero ligt op 3 minuten lopen en de supermarkt Mercadona op 13 minuten. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. Hartelijk dank aan de eigenaar van het appartement en de gastvrouw Naura.

Prachtige locatie aan de boulevard van Santa Pola. De ruimte was schoon en netjes, alles was aanwezig.Keukengerei was niet 100%, maar kijkende naar de prijs per nacht kan ik hier niks van vinden.Ik zou deze accomodatie ook zo weer opnieuw boeken!

Apartamento sencillo en una urbanización estupenda

Es la segunda vez que vamos. El alojamiento está limpio, situado en una urbanización estupenda, con tres piscinas, tobogán, cerca de la playa, panadería, frutería y farmacia en la misma urbanización, mercadona muy cerca, paseo marítimo y chiringuitos. Un lugar muy tranquilo para pasar las vacaciones.Vuelvo a reseñar, al igual que el año pasado los puntos negativos. No hay persianas y entra mucha luz por la mañana, se necesitan sartenes que no se peguen y cambio de colchones porque son incómodos. Por los demás, todo genial.

We had a great stay in this lovely apartment in santa pola, apartment was fantastic had everything we needed and more. Very handy washing machine and tumble dryer, we managed to wash and dry all our clothes before going home :) pools were lovely although slides were only on once and we didnt use them. But we would have had they been on more. Apartment was a good mile from town centre , that was only issue. Overall everything was fantastic.

Super séjour

Bel appartement très bien équipé avec deux belles piscines dans une residence en face de la mer. Santa Pola est une très chouette station balnéaire. L appartement se trouve à distance de marche du port, des bars , des magasins, ... Nous avons passé un excellent sejour!
