Amazing stay! The pool was super clean and refreshing, and the jacuzzi was nice and warm perfect for relaxing at night. The outdoor speakers and lights made the whole backyard vibe really enjoyable. Inside was just as nice it smelled clean, looked spotless, and had a calm, relaxing feel throughout. The host was super helpful and kind, always making sure we had everything we needed. Definitely one of the best stays I’ve ever had! 5 star place and 5 star host! Thank you Tarik!

The pool and hot tub made this house the perfect oasis. Quiet neighborhood and close to Disney. The host was great to work with as well.

Great stay

Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The backyard and pool area is great, and we all slept so well after adventuring all day. Communication with the host is top notch, too!

The hot tub was great once we figured it out.I'm in a wheelchair, and it's not wheelchair accessible for either bathroom, so that was my only problem. Loved the manager always right on it whenever I text him. He was great.

Great Stay in Long Beach

Tarik was a great host! Communication was on point and very descriptive with picture instructions through text. He made everything very easy and accessible from checking in to having access to all the amenities. Place was very clean. All my family enjoyed their stay and we had a blast. Will definitely stay here again.

Birthday getaway

Booked this home for my mom’s birthday, it was very nostalgic for her, family & friends since she grew up in the area. The house was beautiful and we enjoyed the amenities. Property manager was a great communicator and very helpful during our stay. Overall we had a great time staying in the home, would book again! :)

Excellent!

This property was perfect for our family of 7 adults. The pool and jacuzzi were a dream, plenty of room to spread out and laundry came in handy. Tarik was amazing! Any question I had, he answered immediately. I would highly recommend this rental!!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay in the Long Beach house. Everything was close by with short drives to restaurants, grocery and even the beach! The serene backyard was exactly as pictured. With colder temperatures, we used the hot tub a lot! We didn’t want to leave! We will be back!

Great travel with adult kids!!

Property was in a great location to go to different areas within CA like Disneyland, Long Beach pier and beaches. Quick highway access to Santa Monica, LA, and Pasedena. For 6 adults the property was great. Backyard was relaxing with hot tub and pool. Felt safe in neighborhood for a nice run and walk. Tarik was very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. Would rent again if in area!!!

Wonderful stay with a great host!

While the weather did not cooperate with us, that is the ONLY challenging event we experienced during our stay. Our host could not have been more helpful, communicative, and available to us. He did an amazing job of explaining how to use everything (great use of pictures to complement his explanations), The property met or exceeded our expectations, the description provided was very accurate, and I would definitely recommend this spot to any visiting the Long Beach area.

Perfect property for the perfect vacation

Everything was exactly as described and perfect. From the moment we made the booking, the communications with the owner were excellent and really put us at ease. The owner was always at hand to answer any questions prior to and during our stay which is extremely comforting to know. Regarding the property itself - exactly as described. Excellent condition, clean and tidy inside and outside. Ample living space for the 5 of us during our 2 week stay with a private pool really did make our holiday unforgettable. The biggest complement I can give is that I cannot think of a single negative about the whole experience - definitely recommended.

Birthday Celebration

When I say I couldn’t have asked for a better host! He was around the corner never intervened, but answered all questions and concerns. He gave great recommendations for the area and also sight seeing! I so loved this house and the space! 3 bedrooms and 2 showrooms very spacious. The jacuzzi was my main spot I loved it. When I say this is a spot to reserve every year i will be doing so! I loved the time we had and didn’t want to leave honestly!! Thanks Tarik so much sorry for reviewing so late but I didn’t forget about a wonderful time you showed us!

3 star at best

The photos are a little misleading. The property is more run down than expected. Needs some TLC. For instance, no lamps in the bedrooms or living room. The paint is chipping in areas. The glassware looks dirty due to the water. The washing machine looks like it going to fall apart and it took 3 time in the dryer to dry the clothes. The host was very responsive, but I wouldn't of stayed there if I had even sat on the couch before renting - the couch is awful.

I cannot say enough about this host and this place! Tarik was very communicative and helpful. This home was very clean and well maintained. The hot tub was perfect. The pool was very large. There were cute little decorative touches, such as strings of lights outside and Bluetooth speakers. The refrigerator was large with an ice/water maker. The washer and dryer were a great addition. The location was great for not being too busy. It was also a short, easy drive to everything we wanted to see in LA. - from a traveling mom with kiddos

Amazing House and Host

Tarik’s place is very well kept and the location is amazing. Tarik went above and beyond to make sure our experience better. He was always available for any questions we had and my friends and I had a great weekend. Would definitely stay here again the next time we visit LA.

Inside the home you'll find plenty of natural sunlight with upgraded shutters when you need privacy. The backyard includes an enclosed patio, BBQ, pool, jacuzzi, plenty of seating and privacy! The driveway can fit up to 5 cars, so no need to look for street parking which is a huge plus!
