☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆

The four stylish bedrooms in this desert oasis provide a relaxing space to unwind in the evenings. There are three bedrooms in the main house, and one in the private casita (guest house). Each bedroom features a Smart TV and a ceiling fan for your comfort and convenience.

The primary bedroom has a plush king-sized bed, a comfortable seating area, and an ensuite bathroom for your privacy! You’ll also find a desk, perfect for remote workers who need to meet any last-minute deadlines before enjoying a restful vacation.

The second bedroom in the main house has a comfortable queen-sized bed, a large closet, and a window overlooking the garden with the outdoor fireplace and Rosewood tree. The third bedroom has a comfortable full-sized bed and lots of windows, offering plenty of light as well as a lovely view overlooking the front garden and the casita courtyard.

The last bedroom is located in the separate casita and includes a queen-sized bed, a twin-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a private workout space with yoga mats and dumbells. You’ll love the high ceilings, the view of the citrus trees, and the direct access to the outdoor living area and fireplace.

For your convenience, we have two inflatable twin mattresses, a foldable full size crib on wheels and two pack'n' plays with mattresses for infants/toddlers.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆

Get ready for your day in one of the three bright bathrooms. The master bathroom is ensuite to the king bedroom and features a double vanity, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower so you can choose how you want to wash up after a day on the golf course. The second bathroom is shared amongst the rest of the main house and includes a spacious vanity and a shower/tub combination with a double massage shower head. The last bathroom is located in the casita and has a walk-in shower with a double-headed shower. You’ll find fresh towels and Bergman Kelly 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner provided for your convenience!

Keep your clothes clean throughout your stay with the washer and dryer located in the main house.

The spacious chef’s kitchen provides plenty of space for you to create a delicious meal for friends and family. Boasting an LG stainless steel double oven and stove, this well-appointed kitchen is sure to impress. In the morning, the drip coffee maker makes it easy to start your day. Sit down at the granite counter or the intimate glass table and enjoy your hot cup of complementary coffee or tea while admiring the tranquil view through the sliding glass door.

Kids can easily stay entertained with the Ms. Pac-Man arcade game while you cook! Just outside the kitchen is an oasis-styled outdoor dining area with wicker chairs and natural decor. After dinner, the dining table makes the perfect place to set up some board games, which you can find in the lounge TV cabinet.

Make your way to the bright and airy great room with a large sectional and stylish couch. Relax in front of the fireplace and watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV.

The beautiful L-shaped yard includes two separate deck spaces and is the ultimate place to relax. You’ll find a luxurious saltwater pool to cool off on warm days and a large jetted hot tub that can accommodate ten people!

When you’re not soaking in the expansive pool, there’s plenty of outdoor seating available, including several lounge chairs, a swiveling egg chair, and a comfortable sofa located in front of an elegant outdoor fireplace. This lovely space is perfect for hanging out with your group and enjoying a hot cup of tea in the evenings while the flames from the outdoor fireplace illuminate the outdoor living area. In the mood for some burgers? The outdoor grill makes it easy to whip up your favorite meals and enjoy an al fresco dining experience at the large outdoor dining table. You’ll also find cornhole (stored in the garage), so you can enjoy some friendly lawn game competition with your group.

This elegant home is ideally located in a Golf Course community, for those of your group who enjoy golfing. There are also tennis and pickle ball courts. You will find pickle ball equipment inside the credenza in the kitchen. This space is also located near several restaurants and shops for your convenience.
