Great place for families, especially grandparents with adult children and grandkids. One of the best kitchens I’ve had with VRBO. Any issues and there was a quick response - even New Years Eve.

The home is well appointed with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The backyard was so peaceful and we enjoyed the colorful sunrises and sunsets.

Excellent place! Pool and the spa are amazing. Would definitely go back. The location was also great for us, because it is only about 15 minute drive to the Desert International Horsepark.

The house was spacious with lots of room for entertaining. The back patio, pool and spa were perfect! Location was great, 20 minutes to airport and downtown Palm Springs.

Wonderful house super-close to Empire Polo grounds

This place was absolutely perfect. Spacious floor plan, comfortable beds, great kitchen, hot tub, and a golf cart too! Very responsive host, too. Highly recommended!

The house is beautifully decorated and felt very welcoming. The backyard is beautiful and relaxing with the fire pit, pool and spa, covered patio with plenty of seating for large families. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat. Well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, cookware, serving, spices, paper products, cleaning g supplies. Plenty of towels for the pool and some in the bathrooms as well. Just bring your clothes and food. Beds were comfy and had fresh linens and plenty of blankets and extra pillows if needed. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Really the only thing we didn’t use was the grill, it needs a good cleaning or possible replacement. We would absolutely stay here again .

All you need and want

There for long weekend during Stagecoach. Walk is a little longer given gate locations in neighborhood but very doable. Pool and spa were great and home was fully stocked, clean and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Our third stay!

We love this house and the owners! It is clean and well kept. The pool is beautiful and we really feel safe in the gated neighborhood. The owners are so kind and responsive. This is our third stay here and we will definitely keep coming back. I highly recommend this property!

Great house

This house is great. Large kitchen opening up to the living area. Perfect for a large group. So much room. Exactly what we needed for 9 people. The pool area is great. Running waterfall into the pool with a spa. Sunshine and enough shade for the non sun lovers. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful home but lacked cleanliness

The house itself was wonderful and location was excellent. The host was quick to respond to questions. A few issues with our stay, when using the dishes we found them to be dirty with food still on them, dirty red solo cups stacked on the kitchen counter that were used and dirty, food found in some of the bedroom floors and dark hand prints on the wall in the master bedroom and broken glass in the backyard from what appears to be from the hanging lights. Would definitely go back but hope that the cleaning people are a little more aware when cleaning.

Memorable Christmas, Great Setting!

We had a group of 11 here over the holidays, and it was so perfect! Everyone felt like they had plenty of space to spread out, and the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking festive meals. But the best part was the backyard, like a resort! We used the heated pool and hot tub, along with the fire pit many times. We appreciated the large cable TV for football games, and the quiet neighborhood for restful time. Morgan was super responsive and friendly about a couple of minor issues that we resolved quickly. Thanks for making our holidays extra special!

Great Property - Great Location

Stayed here for a week in Dec of 2024. We were looking for a property with a heated pool and hot tub to enjoy during the winter months and large enough to accommodate our extended family of 7. This house fit the bill. It was more than ample enough to house our party and the kitchen was well stocked for us to cook our meals. The pictures represent the house well. Backyard was stellar. Pool, hot tub and bbq all in working order. I don't have any complaints. Communication with property manager was quick and responsive. There were minor cosmetic issues that made it apparent this was a vacation rental but nothing out of the ordinary. I would stay here again.

We love this house. It is perfect for a big group. The back yard is beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool. The owners are ridiculously nice and we had no issues but know that they would have taken care of anything that might have come up. We are already booked for next year!!

Great stay!

Had a great time at this property over Labor Day weekend. Had 4 adults and 6 kids under 6- plenty of room and had a blast in the pool! Great open living room area for the kids and fun bunk bed room. TV had Netflix which was great for movies. Had both a keurig and coffee maker!

A great place for a family of 11

This was a great house for our yearly extended family getaway. There was plenty of room for everyone with the huge kitchen/living room set up. Everyone enjoyed the pool and spa, and the waterfalls made it a little extra fun. We, unfortunately, were there during on one the hottest weeks of the year. When we arrived, the AC was off and the house was near 90 inside. But the temperature stabilized within 24 hours and the extra AC units and ceiling fans were very helpful. Would recommend for a stay.

Can’t wait to go back!

We rented the house for a annual family weekend and loved the big kitchen and pool. Clean and open floor plan with everything we needed. We will be returning for years to come. Great communication for the owners too. :)
