Great family condo

Our stay at Sip and Sea was great! We were traveling with our young children to visit family that live in the area. The owners have truly thought of everything. Comfortable beds, beach toys and regular toys, sound machine for my littles, step stool in the bathroom for the littles and dog bowls for the dog! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. My kids really enjoyed watching the boats from the Harbor go by! We also had a Birds Eye view of the ferry line, so we could time leaving the island just right! Thanks for a great stay! We will be back!

Great Location

We arrived to the listing and found that there were no paper towels or trash bags that were left for us/all the trash cans were empty, so we had to go buy some. The host had housekeeping drop them off the next morning which was nice. This spot is a great location and you can even watch the ferry from the windows to see how bad traffic is getting. There were some ants so I honestly would not recommend cooking here, but everything else about the place was great. It was very clean and nicely maintained. Thank you!
